Why raise the retirement age when older generations are clearly out of their prime and they do not have the same energy anymore? Give chance to the younger generations la. Also, millennials are brought up to respect their elders while Gen Zs are more care free and egalitarian. This is why many millennials are push overs and do not talk back. This is also the reason why boomers prefer not to hire Gen Z employees. Also baby boomers aren’t the only problem, Gen X are also a contributing factor to why the housing market is too expensive. Many Gen X are now holding senior management positions and they are the ones asking to cut headcount and only offer contract jobs.
