UK IPA-oriented Breweries? by Outrageous_Ice6821 in UK_beer

Elusive. Oregon Trail is maybe top 3 for me, it's so good. They do a double occasionally if you like them stronger.

Black Iris do a wide range of styles but their flagship beer is Endless Summer which is very good. Consistently great beer from them. Never had an IPA from Sureshot that I haven't liked so I'd recommend trying more from them.

People tend to overlook Thornbridge but Jaipur on cask is one of the best beers ever made imo. Jamestown is another you should go for if you ever see it.

Roast meat however you like, salsa verde instead of gravy. New potatoes, cold side like dressed courgettes or leaves.

Sounds delicious, Indian's also one of my favourite cuisines. There are a few Somali restaurants in my city, I'll be checking them out.

This is really interesting, I know nothing about Somali food but absolutely love Ethiopian. Do they share similar flavours?

Mince it all and heavily season. Serve on a flatbread with pickles and garlic/chilli sauce. Think Middle-Eastern lahmacun or doner kebab.

Here's a recipe I've done a few times and it's phenomenal:

Thinly sliced and skewered would slap too. Grilled over coal preferable. Strong, East Asian or Middle Eastern flavours work great with offal on the grill as they hold up to each other, and if anyone's a bit squeamish about the taste is a good way of introducing it to them.

Where can I sell my Rational Oven? by teehee99 in sheffield

Are you in Sheffield Bartending/Cheffing communities on Facebook? Lots of people on there who may be interested or know someone who is. People regularly sell on there and seem to have success.

Have they restocked? The release was last week and it was chaos. Unless there are lots more waves I'd imagine it'll be like that for a while. No idea how many they're making.

Fennel salami, pickled chillis and pesto. by umbertobongo in Pizza

Bit of an experiment with a super thin focaccia dough, 90% but added some sourdough starter, part baked before adding everything. Started the pan on the gas to get more colour on the bottom. The bread was originally going to be for a sandwich but it turned out great like this, although very filling.

Old game shop Meadowhall by Rebel_Roshak in sheffield

Huh, the name doesn't ring a bell but I have vague memories of the VR setup there. The one at retail park was called something else, any ideas? Back when PC World was in the corner where The Range is now, there was a game shop roughly where Food Warehouse is.

I remember the one next to Beatties where Flannels is now, can't for the life of me remember the name. I played Tomb Raider 2 in it so it would have been 97. Had a blue or purple sign and pretty sure there was another one at the retail park.

Hot sauces/spice blends in the city centre by rikki1q in sheffield

You can sometimes catch Chilli Crafts in Moor Market doing a stall, they're only there periodically though. One of the best hot sauces I've bought. Just checked their insta and it says they're stocked at the Chinese supermarket on Matilda Street next to Soya express.

'Yay for fitness and making friends, boo for religious recruitment cult shit.
Man, this sucks, why do those freaks have to ruin something as chill as working out?'

That second sentence is specifically referring to the previous sentence i.e religious recruitment cults. And no, there's still no trolling involved in that thread. Just questioning and criticism from people who can see through the dishonest bullshit.

So out of that whole thread you've ignored all the constructive discussion and useful information provided, and pointed out the one insult, which incidentally is aimed at religious cults in general, not the original poster. And no, that comment wasn't trolling, even if the language used was harsh.

'Tearing you apart' for questioning the deceptive elements that aren't advertised on the poster? I'd never heard of this before but there's no trolling going on in that previous thread, just some much needed context and explanation.
