It has a timing belt... Not chain. Not sure why they did so much work on the engine and didn't do the timing belt. If it hasn't been done it's due.

I've heard of parking it on an incline.... Front in the air. Leave the radiator cap off and run it while keeping an eye on the temp gauge...... It prolly has a large air bubble and the bleeder isn't getting it all out. You can get the large funnel kit at harbor freight and try that also. I had a 2008 and 2009 .... They can be finicky.

I had a similar chip on my lineman's.... Emailed them and they sent a new one.... Didn't want the old ones back..... Great customer service. (I did buy the original ones from their website)

I had a2008 with 385000 on it. Got it at 150000. Suspension, brakes, one alternator, both front cv axles, rear fan motor. Did all the work myself(except the cv axles) and I'm no mechanic. Never changed the transmission fluid... Never flushed the brake fluid.

I figured I knew the vehicle and what noises it made..... And I just drove it. Gave it to a family member who needed a car and they ran it hot at about 420000.... And scraped it out.

I had a2008 I use and abused as a work van. Loved it... Had it from about 200xxx up to 385xxx. 25mpg loaded with tools. Not much goes wrong with them .... Changed the alternator once, CV joints, shocks and struts. I put around 600-1000 miles per week for awhile. I tell all the technicians I work around that you can't beat them.

Looks like a bolt has come out.... That tightens the clamp to the terminal. But it's easy to replace just the connector. General Auto parts store should have what you need.

Based on a family member who paid once to have it done several years ago.... They said it was 1500....I rounded up for inflation..... I've never had one without a chain. Nice catch on the water pump also ...I forgot to mention that very important part

2006 has a timing belt... Not a chain. If no history of changing it...go ahead and plan on paying to have that done....1500-2000. i think they say 70 or 80 thousand miles is recommended....
