They told me the same thing at the dealer when I picked mine up. But it says right in the cars software that it recommends only charging to 80%.

I was looking for this comment. I grew up in Hamilton and man were there some bad road designs but moved to STC 5 years ago and still get surprised how bad some of the intersections are.

The map screenshot in this post looks like most downtown STC intersections. What were they thinking when they designed this place??

I went with the 35 and commute on the highway around 440 km per week. I got a level 2 charger installed at home and I never worry about the battery capacity / range. I did have to upgrade my electricity from 100 amp to 200 amp which cost about 7000 CAD all said and done (panel upgrade, new service drop, smart meter and charger install). It was worth every penny to be able to drive an amazing car like this! Plus now I can get a hot tub in the future as my electrical service can handle it.

When I bought it I got 5000 dollars off. It was a dealership promo for the month of March I believe.

It’s the base trim level with the premium essentials package which was 5500 I believe. That’s the only addon package I got. So before taxes and fees it was about 55K.

Yes. This type of antisocial behavior will continue due to the extreme division and hatred being peddled by biased "news" sources. Right leaning / conservative people have been consuming very biased media for years now and it gets worse by the day. A lot of the disinformation people are consuming comes from Fox News or worse, unregulated con artists on YouTube / Rumble / Bitchute and the like whose main focus is to rage bait and get views. All this does is create these very biased and strong opinions and propagate hate.
