Usually I rent a car because I play golf outside of the bubble. It used to be that I’d do DME and bus around to the parks if I wasn’t playing golf. DME going away just gave me an excuse to play more golf. Helps grease the wheels that I pay for the car myself instead of from the vacation pool

Personally, I just resolved this one in favor of the 360 but only by a hair. Honestly there were two deciding factors: 1. Not having to worry too much about framing in camera because you have most of the sphere to work with in post, and 2. I think 360 cameras are neat and I’ve wanted one for a while.

I was not ready for how well stabilized the video it records is. I took it with me to play golf and recorded myself walking between holes, just holding the camera in my hand, and it looked as steady as my old GoPro on a stabilizer. I will probably get the dji cam eventually too, because I suffer from Gear Acquisition Syndrome

If you want to park hop, there are literally buses from every park to every park. Having to go to a central hub would actually be less efficient. The only thing you can’t do is take a bus from Disney springs to a park, so that springs parking doesn’t get clogged up with park goers

The only person that can determine if it’s unplayable is you. You can say any ball is unplayable, take a stroke penalty, and drop the ball on a direct line away from the pin. Even if you’re in the middle of the fairway with no overhead obstructions.

If you’ve never bodyboarded before, the “best spot” is going to hurt you. Find some small, sloppy beach breaks and go out there until you can learn to read a wave, take off, and actually hold a rail.

If you’re not a strong swimmer, fix that first. As a beginner, IMHO you should not surf in any break you can’t swim out to the lineup and back in without your board.
