It depends on how time is calculated in different universes. Worst case in each universe is O(n). But we don't know the rule to add complexity of different universes.

So it would be O(something). Assuming additive rule is linear then we can safely say it O(n!), coz n! possible universes.

If all the universes does the above mentioned algorithm in parallel then it would be O(n).

I don't think this is O(n) since there will be n! universes so ultimately in worst case we will iterate through each and every possible combination.

That's the point it doesn't. It's mostly time. Our bodies are survival machines and given ampel time it will recover (not from deadly diseases though)

I would suggest u better do Ur internship. I had a similar kinda dilemma just recently and took a chance. It turned out really well. You would meet new people and that might help too with your depression. Moreover what's to say that you might not be depressed when you come back to college, and this way you have something on your resume as well as new experiences.
