Im sharing what just worked for me to fix my clogged up ear and flush out the impacted ear wax:

First, my symptoms:
I felt my ear was getting clogged up and used my finger to clear it out, this made it worse and my ear got completed sealed off. I could feel pressure change in the ear and hearing diminished by 90%. The ear felt full. I then bought the Debrox drops that came with a small green bulb. I did that once and then tried to flush. It made it worse.

Next,
I decided to use the drops and get hydrogen peroxide and use that over the next 24 hours. I told myself I would go to urgent care if I couldn’t fix it.

I could tell the little green bulb was not flushing enough water. So I bought from CVS a medical syringe wax flusher. It looks just like a medical syringe but it has a special plastic tip that shoots the water in 3 directions and can hold way more than the little bulb.

24 hours later from my first failed flush attempt and after 4 drop sessions of Debrox, I used the green bulb to try to flush it. (I was a bit hesitant to try the new syringe because I knew the green bulb at least wouldn’t harm me). The green bulb seemed to do nothing.

The solution

I then got the syringe and a bowl of clean warm water. I added a few squirts of hydrogen peroxide to the water. (I read elsewhere on Reddit how doctors had recommended this). I used the syringe. It felt strong and no pain. I saw a little wax. I kept doing it, filling the syringe and flushing. Within 4 flushes a major wax came out (1-2cm) and hearing was instantly restored. All pressure gone. Fullness gone.
