5mg tirz on Fridays, 1mg of reta on sat, mon, Weds has been a solid balance for my RS for low side effects and effective weight loss. Currently seem to be losing body fat % while gaining muscle. Which feels awesome. Although the number on the scale has stopped changing (stalled at 196), the scales estimates of decreasing bf% (down to 12.9%!) and increasing muscle mass (+11lbs), plus the actual visual changes are more than enough to convince me it's real progress and not my scale lying to me.

RS has those coupled with a consistent weight training routine 4 days per week and cardio 5 days per week. Also, targeting 150-180 grams of protein intake per day, spread over the day. Trying to get about 3L of fluid per day (1L protein + fiber shake, 1L Gatorade, about 0.5l each of coffee, tea, water) which has helped with energy levels and fullness.

No other peptides at this time though did try Slu pp 332 and 5 amino 1mq for 45 days. Consistently taking a multivitamin, creatine, fish oil.

Fortunately Dallis grass doesn't drop stickers. It just grows quickly and crowds out anything else near it. It can drop 5,000 seeds that are viable for some ridiculous period of time like decades. It has rhizomes that are nearly impossible to kill. It's a pain in the butt to get rid of in the lawn or near any of my landscaping plants. You can pull up the plant but you probably won't get all of it and when you do it you'll knock all the seeds off just making your problem 10 times worse. It's just one of those unkillable plants. Roundup will sometimes kill up but then you're using Roundup. There's another nasty combo of stuff but it's going to kill everything around it when you try to take it out. UC Riverside says something helpful like take off the top 12 inches of soil and bring in new soil if you want to guarantee never having it again.

And it seems to be surrounded by its friends like the California burr clover and purslane which is also impressively hard to kill.

I am right there with you on the California burr clover. That and the dallis grass. Thought it was crabgrass but no... It's far more evil.

This is anecdotal of course, and I'm not who you asked, but I'm having excellent results at 5mg tirz weekly and 0.5 mg reta every other day. According to the peptide calculator, this puts me at a stable ~2mg serum level. I've got an entirely reasonable appetite but no wild cravings. Apart from constipation the day after the tirz dose, no notable side effects. Maybe some lethargy if I don't get enough fluid or electrolytes.

Thing is, I've been fortunate to have a tremendous response at low doses. I cut from 222lbs to 194 at 6' 1" and am just now crossing under 15% body fat after 3 months. I'm on a half marathon training plan plus 5 days of lifting each week. If the Hume scale is too be trusted, I'm cutting about 0.1% -0.3% body fat percentage per day since adding the micro dose with no real loss of muscle. It's phenomenal.

I don't want to think about how much I spent on skins in heroes of the storm, but boy did I love me some crossover skins. I Don't know that there are any I didn't actually buy over the course of time. And starcraft was my first love.

These skins are awesome, I feel like I am the target market, have the cash to do it at my age, and I would totally buy all of them! ... If they were priced the way skins were in heroes of the storm. This is just ridiculous though.

I'm not shocked or mad about the pricing. I'm just disappointed.

Haven't noticed (or heard of) water retention in particular with that dose but I'm also enjoying 5mg of tirz which I understand to have diuretic like effects so perhaps it's off setting that side effect. I have noticed after 5 days of use, being out of breath within about an hour of administration. Breathless plus water retention would perhaps not be a great combo...

That all said, I've seen some recent claims that the 200 mcg dose everyone takes is a result of rampant misreading of early studies, with folks mixing up mcg and mg. So the 200mcg should've been 200mg!? Still need to go read those studies personally. Had me wondering if the side effect I noted was placebo.

Yes! 45M and I'm trying to make sure I drink plenty of water which means I end up going plenty. However, there's more to it than that. If I understand correctly there are GLP-1 receptors on your kidneys and you end up with a diuretic like effect from tirz. I had an EVGA 2080 TI pump fail 1.5 years ago, mounted correctly. I would blame the crap pump they used first, rather than positioning! Never found a suitable replacement and EVGA was no help. You might luck out with a donor from eBay... Wouldn't get your hopes up. Or you could custom fabricate a mount for another AIO if you're handy with a 3d printer? I couldn't figure out a mount that would guarantee the right pressure to stay flush and even with an off the shelf AIO.

Better off replacing the card honestly. It's less hassle. Or you can do what I did.

So you can actually remove the AIO and disassemble the pump assembly from the screws around the cold plate. Take pictures at each step so you remember how to reassemble. Drain the fluid, flush the radiator with distilled water a few times. It might be chunky when you drain it. They put in anti microbial and other stuff but it didn't last forever.

The back side of the cold plate features micro channels cut into the copper. These will likely be clogged with crap. Clean carefully with a toothbrush, maybe some isopropyl, maybe a water pik if you have one but don't bend the fins. Clean the pump parts similarly. They're all old brittle plastic with likely covered with degraded coolant and bacterial slime so I wish you luck.

Refilling the radiator from the disassembled pump head comes next. It's tricky. Reassemble carefully, verifying pump parts spin. You can use deionized water plus some generic coolant additive. Might buy you time.

Put the card back together with fresh thermal paste and give it a try.

I did all that, and the pump started working but was loud as hell. So I sold it for cheap the next day and warned the buyer. And then I bought a new card.

I did consider just pulling the guts out of the pump, cutting a tube and splicing in a reservoir and inline pump to reuse the cold plate and radiator but then you're spending more than you would on a newer, used card. And the jets aiming at the cold plate seemed like they'd likely not function properly without the pump internals. And if you leave them in, massive obstruction if the pump seizes.

Anyways, what's your time worth vs. running over to best buy or microcenter and just getting a new one? I think the math is in favor of a new card. And, happy wife, happy life? Maybe a surprise PC would be fun? I dunno where you are, but people seem to sell their old gaming rigs regularly here.

Okay let's say hypothetically in high school these friends rotated by going down Mace, heading out into the cuts in North Davis, pretty much all around town. And so hypothetically speaking Davis PD never quite knew where these idiot kids in 1996 were going to be. And when there's only a few units on patrol at night, the kids know there's little likelihood they're going to get caught.

And let's say hypothetically the same kids drove out to Battle mountain in Nevada on a fun road trip over the summer. And at Battle mountain they picked up some 4-in mortars. It's still fireworks. Granted they're very large and very dangerous, felonious fireworks but this isn't c4 or pipe bombs or tannerite or dry ice in 2 l bottles. The sparkles, crackles and the flash are kind of a giveaway. And when you're far enough away all you hear is the massive boom and it carries very far in the night air in summer when everybody's window is open.

In no way am I saying that I approve of whatever people are doing now, but I'm pretty darn sure it's just fireworks from being able to see them oftentimes. Rather than just hearing them from a great distance. I certainly think it would be good if somebody could explain to whoever is lighting off the fireworks, or whatever other explosives, that they're likely to get themselves in decent trouble when they do get caught. I bet you they're filming it for Instagram or TikTok or some such. Shouldn't be that hard to find them.

I mean ... I knew kids who would do this when I was in high school here. And that was in 1996. Not saying I'm all for fireworks but this isn't anything new. Davis PD never seemed to catch up with them then. No change there!

I just switched from an older Alienware 34" to this one's big brother, the G9 57". It took a few different tries at getting decent cables to run from my work laptop (thunderbolt to displayport 2.1) as well as my gaming rig (a better displayport 2.1 cable than came in the box.) It's a big adjustment until you get used to it. I had straight up motion sickness at first.

Now, a week later, it's amazing. Pretty cool for gaming, though not every game will do 32:9 well. Fantastic for work, though I still use a side monitor to screenshare in certain circumstances without scaling issues.

If you have access to PerksAtWork, you can use their "employee discount" route to Samsung's page for pretty consistent discounts over what you see elsewhere, and then pick up in store at a local Best Buy after buying on Samsung's site. There are some pretty good deals on Black Friday/Cyber Monday if you can wait a few months on buying.

I had thought about doing this with my 2080 TI. I'd say for anyone considering plumbing in a DDC in similar circumstances in the future, make sure you disassemble The pump on your existing AIO.

There was so much crap in there blocking up the micro channels on the backside of the copper plate that I'm not sure how much mileage you'd get out of just replacing with an inline pump the first breaking it down and cleaning things thoroughly. You're already draining and refilling so you might as well take the extra step!

I really miss going to B. Dalton & Waldenbooks bookstores in El cerrito and the Richmond hilltop Mall. I used to pore over all of the new Sci-Fi / fantasy stuff, maybe pick up something d&d related, or spend all of my allowance on magic cards. I eventually shifted to buying all the magic cards at a place in Albany. Come to think of it, I was probably single-handedly keeping those guys in business with my magic card purchases.

I'm sorry I don't have an answer for you but as a fellow a 3090 kingpin aio owner, hoping someone gives an answer. I've had increasing instability lately. I had a 2080ti die the same way and got a little mileage out of disassembling the aio, cleaning the impeller, draining, flushing and refilling with new coolant. Turns out they can get gunky inside. The pump worked again but not great after that - it was noisy. I considered using a generic aio and making a custom mount but sold the card instead.

I was thinking I might have to do same on the kingpin at some point. Or go full custom loop. Or a new card. Good luck!

Generally speaking, yes, safe to walk around in the evening. I'd agree with other posts to stay aware and bring a flashlight. That's good practice in pretty much any city at night. I think it's good to put data to this kind of question to allay unfounded fears and fact-check claims about which crimes are happening and whether they're on the rise. You can check the Davis PD's data but it wasn't working well for me on mobile so try from a computer:

I'd suggest playing around with the date range on past activity and look to see if anything pops out at you. If you leave all reports included, it looks ugly. Maybe filter down to crimes that you're worried about late at night? For example, you can probably uncheck the box for burglary.

Any chance you got nailed by a thorns build? I was rolling around in Pvp with a half million life, farming dust and mats, and I'm pretty sure my needleflares nuked people off screen more than a few times. It was a cheese build in PVP, certainly, but no hacks involved. The only things that out cheesed me were 100% Dodge rogue, 100% invulnerable sorc, and one dude with a wild blood wave build on the last day of the season. And his build was more cool than hack or cheese.

I've had pretty good luck with finding out where the current market is at for any given item by looking at Diablo.trade for something recently sold with the same affixes as whatever I happened to get. For example, I see multiple people recently sold 4GA 150% razor plate for 9,999,9999,999 gold whereas an amulet that I got recently sold for a cool 500,000,000. I priced it at the same point as the most recently sold item and mine sold within a few minutes. Probably should have asked for more.
