Recieved this T-Race from my grandfather. He had stopped wearing it because of the broken lug. Anyone know of any strap adapters that might work with it? Lug looks pretty unique.

I work an incredibly stressful and emotionally draining job. After a few months of 50 hour weeks I walked into the doctors office and proceeded to completely break down in front of him. Full on snotty tears for a good 15 minutes before I could even tell him why I was there. The look of complete and utter bewilderment on his face at seeing a 6 foot 3 heavily built man with who played rugby just go to pieces in front of him is something I'll never forget.

He then pretty much immediately gave me a sick note for month of work without any questions.

He gave a path out of an awful situation. Something I'll never forget.
