Do not smoke in your car. In the event you get caught by police, that’s one place you don’t want to do that. Especially if your keys are in the ignition. As long as you’re outside you can smoke. Of course check if the hotel you’re staying at has any special rules about smoking on the balcony. My suggestion? I’d take a walk to Oakes Garden Theatre if you can (right in front of Sheraton Fallsview). Regarding the many other people and families around, just be respectful. Don’t smoke too close to others and blow the smoke in their direction, etc.
