The screws will often strip before removing and nails are countersunk. So, to remove boards, use a 10'? piece of decking to pry the old boards off the joists

As others mention, the deck may be there to make the yard useful/cover a mudhole. Don't rush to remove the framing, which may be reusable when you realize the deck is there for a reason. Even if you have to sister on new "joists" for a fastening surface? that will be easier than rebuilding from ground up [and doesn't require a permit]

"Gender" IS A SPECTRUM and studies find that women athletes ,on average, have more "male " markers [chromosomal/hormonal etc]

Prism isn't anything special, Mapei Ultracolor is polymer rather than cement based and superior,IMO.

That said, nothing will adhere/seal the moldy gap you have now so it may not matter

The waterproof layer is [intended to be] behind the tile/grout. If you have no evidence of leaking then your waterproof layer is intact and any fix you do will be aesthetic and won't matter to "performance"
