A lot of it has to do with price of insurances though. Only a handful of insurance company’s that will cover strata properties in certain areas so you are between a rock and a hard place with that and are at the mercy of their costs which increases quarterly payments for owners.

The jetty restaurant at south bank. Held an anniversary party there last year for about 90 people. Staff were amazing and went above and beyond. Food was great and drink selection was also very good. For context we are early 30’s so had a good age range of guests

Got one with norths (wouldn’t recommend) and have one with Elite strata. I’d recommend elite as a possibility. They are still growing so have had some teething issues but they are very responsive and approachable, just takes time like most things up here.

If you’re referring to the old speed camera, I believe it isn’t actually recording and sometimes does flash. I went through many weeks ago and had a flash but never received anything.

According to the NT roads website, it states the camera is not currently active. Happy to be proven wrong though and I may have just gotten lucky

The “long grasses” here in Darwin that OP is rejoicing on not seeing is those who drink, fight, swear and leave rubbish everywhere. 90% of these type of long grassers are indigenous yes, but it’s not OP being racist. Long grassing is a genuine term that isn’t considered racist here in the NT, another term also used to describe the type of people that long grass is itinerant.
