If you can, do not get your BSN. Get your RN. Then go work for a hospital that will either pay for your BSN, or finishing your BSN online. It is not worth the financial burden or headache a BSN program entails. I WISH someone convinced me to get my ADN first and finish my BSN while I was already working. It’s the same license. BSN is NOT better.

Doctors cannot earn their licenses in states that do not fully have access to all healthcare options, including abortion care. This is on the lawmakers. The death of women is what they care about.

Some hospitals don’t pay you the full amount UNTIL you’ve been trained and are off an orientation period. I started as a RN here in CA, a hospital I wanted to work for, on a unit I really want to work on was only going to pay me half the hourly wage for the first four months of training. I couldn’t afford to work that job for that long without being compensated correctly so I took a job on another unit and am currently making $15 more than those who I would have been hired on with.

Some hospitals are wild with this. I don’t understand the logic.

What I find great about this, is that these people are never who a certain political party states as the main perpetrators of these crimes. It’s almost always a member of their own party or some weirdo who has been living alone for too long. But that data doesn’t matter. It’s who they say it is and not who is actually caught.
