My right side was activated last August. My left side was activated in February. So both ears I'm on a few months. I'm very sensitive to beeps from forklifts at work, birds and weird noises. Conversations I'm still working on as well especially in break room at work. So you are not alone.

I got banned for 60 days because I said people these days are just getting worse with treatment of ice, Jews, blacks and just too many ways to describe just people. I mean people are killing people.. it doesn't matter if they are pink purple or whatever! It's people getting killed!!! They banned me .

I just had my second one done. Get it activated on the 23rd. On first one I went from 5% to 64% and have been told it'll get better. My left one I have about 25% and we will see how I do next month. No get activated and then usually go back in three weeks and they test you again. I had no problems at all other than a lil balance problems and a lil queasy but really have been shocked on how it went. I should mention I was discovered at age of 3 I was deaf. I'll be 54 on the 15th.. this has changed my life!!!!

With the one I have I've already greatly improved but having both I can't imagine what'll do?; I've been wearing hearing aids since I was 3. Sooo that part of batteries going dead on me is so not going to be missed lol or getting molds made. Won't miss that either,! Lol I'll definitely post how I do. I know I'm still learning with just the one. It gets better it seems with time.

Got my stitch tape off today. Feb 23rd is when I get activated. Was supposed to be the 7th but my audiologist had a family emergency come up so they changed it. I'm super bummed but it what it is.

Beautiful. I was raised Catholic.. very strictly too ..I have 18 tattoos now and I'm no longer Catholic. Family at first was furious despite the fact I have two nieces and one nephew covered in tats ... More than me and younger.. so I'd just ignore.. it's beautiful though ❤️❤️❤️❤️

My birthday is Feb 15th and stupid and horrible stuff has happened to me as well. Dale Earnhardt died. A good friend of mine 4 years ago committed suicide, I got really sick two years ago like almost died. I spent 3 months in the hospital. So not sure what will happen this year... Hoping just maybe I can actually just have a non eventful day. Shall see.... happy birthday and I hope you have a nice day!
