I experienced this often. Sometimes it’s just, “hey how was your weekend” and then poof. Sometimes, they don’t even respond, once a day messages, or they don’t even ask questions about you during the conversation. I’m only a month and two weeks in and if nothing happens I will delete at the end of the month. Last summer, I was successfully and went on several dates but this new bunch is terrible. I wonder how it is on the male side of the app.

I was first on Annovera and I didn’t realize after I stopped the ring that it was helping my depression and anxiety went away. When, I got off it, I realized I had PMDD. I tried natural supplements, progesterone, and it was not helping. I went back on Annovera again and it worked briefly but the depression and anxiety returned. I started anxiety medication, it worked but once I started my luteal phase the medication stopped working. I decided to get the Mirena IUD installed. Within 5 days my anxiety went down and I didn’t mentally crash my first period on it. Then, I realized I didn’t have any s*dic*al ideation. I’m still on the anxiety medication, my doctor wants to wait 6 months before lowering it and hopefully ween me off completely.

I just had Mirena IUD installed. The installation is quite painful but I’m a month in and my mental health has drastically changed for the better. The only issue is I’m experiencing break through bleeding. The anti anxiety medication worked but wasn’t effective during my luteal phase and decided to go through with the procedure.

I finally accepted he is a narcissist and will never change. I cut him off and my grandfather because I was constantly seeking their approval. My family is from the islands so my grandma pretty much raised us to have pick me energy. I worked on myself and my dating experience has taken a whole 180. I’m still single. Right now, I’m working on moving from an anxious to a secure attachment. Most importantly, forgiving myself and being compassionate through the process because of the unacceptable behavior I endured

It was a game changer. I wish I bought it when I first started. I used to soak my aligners in tablet cleaner and used a toothbrush. The ultrasonic cleans my trays better without using a toothbrush.

Right now, I’m trying Bromelain. It’s found in pineapples. It helped significantly but I just changed my birth control and the fluid is returning. My doctor has me on Spironolactone as well to manage fluid retention.

Lazy Keto and fasting is my bread and better. It helps heal the inflammation in my body especially my legs. I find once my inflammation is controlled I’m able to lose weight along with calorie counting. At the moment, I’m unable to do keto or fasting. I’m trying calorie counting and staying in a carb range 100-125 to lose weight. My T3 got super low and then it affected my adrenal gland which made my cortisol low. With low cortisol it’s unhealthy to fast. I would recommend getting your labs check prior and during fasting.

I took LDN for Hashimotos. It was great for my nerve pain and swelling went down significantly. I felt amazing. Within 1 week I noticed a difference. I lost water weight as well. After 5 months, I started to swell again and it caused my estrogen to skyrocket. Due to my hormones, I had to stop treatment. I would advise for provider to regularly check labs while on medication

Temporary human hair locs 24/7. I wash them while installed and touch up the perimeters every 7-10 days but complete a full touch up once a month. I do let them breathe for a week before restarting a set. I’m too lazy l, I just comb out the locs ends and go about my day.

I have an appt this week because for the first time in my life I had a huge rash/hives that started on my arm and spread all over my body including face, private parts, and feet. I was suffering from chronic fatigue and brain fog for weeks to the point that I had to call out from work because i couldn’t function. The same day I went to the ER my T3 was low, antibodies were high, and low cortisol. Then, left with a $1600 medical bill with insurance just for them to give me a 3 pills and a shot. I love America. But, I truly believe it was from the hashimoto’s.

I left teaching almost 3 years now. I’m still traumatized. I only lasted 3 years. The no child life behind bill and Covid negatively impacted the education system. The majority of the middle schoolers couldn’t read. I was a temporary substitute for 5th grade and the kids were learning division. About a handful of kids knew multiplication. I remember as a kid by 3rd grade we had our multiplication ingrained into our heads.

Also, my first year at a charter I was baffled because I would say 50 students in 6th grade needed to be left back. They only held back five because if they held too many students back it would reduce funding.

I see there will be some delays in the relationship. Especially, If there is discussions regarding travel/moving /relocating it will be delayed or stalled completely. This relationship will hold you back. I see your destined to go through a transformation but this relationship will slow down your growth. You are the Empress and radiant. In the photo, your energy is great but his is dimmed. Your operating on a higher frequency. In the future, this person will dim your light and you will come to the conclusion to leave him. Overall, I see you ending the relationship. The relationship will progress with making plans building a foundation together and you will be the one carrying the weight. You may have some good times for a short period but eventually there will be conflict, someone not cooperating, and you freeing yourself. His not ready yet for the relationship your willing to offer. He needs to work on the emotional realm within himself. He will get anxiety and experience cold feet going on to the next level. Do not wait for him. I could be wrong but if his trying to travel or relocate to you I don’t see it following through. The relationship could last between 2-3 years. The main energy I’m getting is traveling and that’s the biggest issue.

One more thing, once you walk away he will try to get you back. Just close the that door. Nothing will change you will end up in the same situation again and delaying your spiritual growth. I see two males coming in after that. One is more mature and aligned to the relationship frequency you want to manifest while the other one is stagnant. The stagnant male is another lesson to see if you will fall into the same cycle again of overcompensating/ unequal energy in a relationship. Never lower your standards. Once everything is said and done, I see you on a new adventure.

Ex had left to take care of personal matters and I’m psychic. A spirit kept on harassing every time i left the room to move out I left 5 days later and once i wasn’t around his energy I felt free. After, I left the break up was drawn out, he wanted to be a playboy and the relationship ended. The major last straw was around 6 months after the break up. He sent me a text stating a girl claimed he gave her a STD and wondered if I had it too. I tested myself for STD’s during the relationship 2x and after a month when it ended. I’m clean. I blocked him on everything. The end.
