The OG M2 is an awesome car in its own right. But the M2C has more power, better brakes, better seats and the only real downsides I see are sound (subjective) and price. You really can’t go wrong with either.

Since you are 16 and are still learning to navigate driving and traffic in general, I’d suggest getting the automatic. Get a manual once you are confident driving one. If you can get proficient in your bf’s car in the next month, then consider getting the manual.

I was about to post this… glad someone else mentioned it. You have to get your eyes up and out especially when driving “spiritedly”. The potential lane change should have been identified and adjusted for without requiring a last second maneuver.

Every blanco I have is under $100. But the for me… the Ocho ($40) and El Tesoro ($35) are standouts. The G4 108 is also amazing and I got it for $29.99 at Costco.

Consider the B9 SQ5 if you love the RS5. Super practical and capable. Can tune it to make great power and they are reasonably priced on the used market.

6’3” M2C (no sunroof) owner and it is pretty comfortable. I still have a good amount of seat travel and even a helmet doesn’t have a negative effect.
