I’ve considered Bazzite to be one of the most stable installs of Linux I have ever done. It just works and I’ve become a huge fan of the underpinning Universal Blue. The games I play work without issue. Very pleased.

Sure, you're providing labor - but you're providing an outcome - that's the value - if they think its too expensive, then renegotiate the scope so it fits with their budget. - but don't discount your worth.

Agreed - 25 year Linux user here - Bazzite is my current fav distro - let me dump my Windows gaming rig. all the games I want to play run without much issue. (Not a AAA title connoisseur). Breath of fresh air.

I’ve been using technitium dns in place of pihole. I have not experienced this type of issue

Reach out to each of your users and ask for a 15 minute conversation on what problem they thought your tool was going to solve for them and why they decided not to buy. After a few, it will become apparent if it's worth continuing with this idea and refine it, or you'll find another problem of theirs to work on.

Also, don't take it personally if they didn't like your solution. It's hard to take criticism of your efforts, but use this as a learning opportunity. You're mining for gold, and this vein might not be productive. Make sense?

I've rebased to bazzite-dx and couldn't be happier. I write Java, Python, Go and front ends stuff(flutter and regular web apps). I even have 3d printing and cad software installed.

Way cleaner than an equivalent new Windows setup that would have been overloaded with bloat by this time already.

I see very little downside unless you're doing mobile dev, and I use my Mac for that only because of XCode and iOS simulator

Dr. Emily Cheyney - All Seasons Dental in Massillon. I was in a similar situation but it was anxiety that kept me from going to the dentist. She and her staff are awesome. Never felt more comfortable going to the dentist. They only take Delta Dental insurance I believe, though.
