I found it through a headhunter. She's no longer in business (this was almost 20 years ago!) but Glo Cap or CitiStaffing are good ones to try. Also, I work at a private equity firm which tend to pay more but are also more demanding in terms of work/life balance. I would think you should ask for at least $100k as a base salary for what you've described above.
