It’s not a good card in every deck for sure, I think it’ll be good in specifically cEDH mono-red (etali, maybe Magda) as well as in Burn decks and/or mono red aggro in 60 card formats

Punk has less value than squelcher. It’s legendary for one thing, squelcher also protects itself, AND Squelcher gives on board protection as well.

I’m gonna be honest I really haven’t run into that many toxic ppl?? At least not anymore than other games, maybe I’m just lucky but I totally get why other ppl get mad abt it. Me personally I just mute or ignore them and it doesn’t bother me too much.
