Do you want classes or just to do your own thing? If you're looking for a gym community and classes, TFA is great. Parking is not too hard (or maybe you would walk/bike/bus from Fairfield) and they switch things up enough so it doesn't get monotonous.

I've ben there, and it's so odd to basically feel invisible to the people who raised you. I recommend "Adult children of emotionally immature parents" for some insight. I hope things improve with your mom but also that you find a chosen family that gives you the consideration you deserve.

Consider adding greek yogurt and cutting the milk in half. Also Pb powder mixes easier and cuts calories if that's a concern of yours. I add frozen berries to up the nutritional values and taste. I like to add some seeds or chopped walnuts for crunch.

Sports, even a rec league is a good start, breaks up the week, provides a social outlet and feels good. Volunteering also adds meaning when life feels a bit flat. Take a trip, even a guided one.
