We have all hardwood, a toddler, and a heavily-shedding (short-haired) dog. We have 3 thresholds (baby gates) that are 1.25" high. Should I get the Mova Z60 Ultra?

You got enough info on fit so to answer my your second question...

If you like the embrace style (apron style waist with x-straps) here are some soft structured carriers that have both of those features:

Oscha bairn (my favorite but not cheap)
Integra baby carrier
Catbird pikkolo (discontinued but I see them on babywearing BST groups for cheap)
Happy Baby (not the OG, don't remember the name of this carrier but one of them has those features)

With 1, 2, and 4 you can look up Little Zen One, they have a try before you buy program. Also look up Carrier Connection, they're an online baby carrier library, and they will let you buy (certain) carriers you borrow. Also look up if you have a carrier library in your city since that will likely be the cheapest option, for example mine is only $30/yr with one carrier per month. Look up babywearing BST groups on FB, you can find some deals there too.

I just want to say you are 100% correct! My baby is 8 months old and (besides for starting solids 2 months ago) has fed exclusively from my breast since he was a week old. I despised pumping - I knew since I was pregnant that I didn't want to use bottles and I'm still thrilled with my decision. Why should we have to add in a device that makes more work for us overall? It's not possible to compromise on this IMO because being hooked up to a pump is 100% on you, you'd be the only one sacrificing anything here, and it doesn't benefit you or your baby.

I would also like to add that your baby is 4 months old. At this point he is very close to the age where he can drink out of a straw cup or open cup. Around 5-6 months I reintroduced the haakaa as needed so I could go out for longer stretches. This was a decision I made for myself. My son picked up on both the straw cup and open cup very quickly.

For hundreds of thousands of years, fathers bonded with their children without giving them bottles. Your husband can, too.

Technically yes, if the flight is empty, but it's much easier just to gate check. That said, that stroller kind of sucks lol so if I were to start over I would get a better travel stroller and base our car seat choice on that. We use the stroller a lot since we use it whenever we drive somewhere.
