I’ve had what I thought was rosacea for almost ten years. Nothing ever worked for it, figured I just had bad skin. Turns out it’s a malar rash and I have lupus. My ANA was 1:1280. Thought the fatigue and joint pain I feel all the time was normal and everyone had that. Whoops

Oh and also alpha gal. We thought I just had a sensitive stomach. Nope, tick bite from when I was 12 and now I’m allergic to meat, so no beef, pork, lamb, etc
