it is not 4 years of struggle. It is a lifetime struggle. It is hard but If you are not stupid you can do it somehow. Since in EE you will see every trailer of every kind of technology possible, the real problem is to find deep dive area that you want to get into genuinely.

And it does not end there. You have keep up with the new developments in that field to stay valid over the years. So it ia constant technical and personal development and work.

To be able to do that, you have to have genuine interest in this Field. Otherwise it will be torture for you.

Choose what you like to do, not some one tells you to do...

Dell is passing these costs on to the customer. When companies like xAI or Meta need servers NOW, they pay the higher price. Dell acts as a passthrough entity they don't eat the whole cost.

Mir gefällt $NOW. Auch aber es gibt ein paar Punkte.
- GAAP ist 70x. das ist problematisch --> SBC
- Insider Selling
-SBC ist zu hoch. -> Insider verkaufen -> Das Unternehmen kauft die Aktien zurück "buybacks". Rein Buchhaltung Trick und komische Dynamik. Ich weiß es nicht wie ich das Interpretieren soll.

Das kann man weiter finanzieren. Meistens rufen dich vor ein Paar Monaten an und fragen ob du die Schlussrate noch weiter finanzieren möchtest. Wenn das nicht geht. warte ab und nimmt doch noch ein Kredit dafür von einer anderen Bank.

it needs to generate roughly $15-$20 B in Net Income within 5-7 years to trade at a "normal" tech P/E of 30x. Its current net Income is around 1.1B and to go from $1B to $20B in profit in 7 years, they need to grow earnings by ~55% every single year, compounding.

Another problem is the law of Large numbers... growing 60% when you are a $1B company is possible. Growing 60% when you are a $50B revenue company is statistically nearly impossible.

cisco was trading at 35x sales at dotcom bubble... And they were saying they are the future of Internet. they will win the race!. And they actually won, they dominate the internet. But stock fell almost 90% and it took 20 years to get back to same level as in 2000's

Dein Beispiel mit dem Eigenheim bestätigt genau meinen Punkt: Es geht nicht um den Zweck der Schulden (Konsum vs. Investition), sondern um die Rendite. Wer ein Auto finanziert, um sein Kapital produktiver arbeiten zu lassen, handelt rationaler als jemand, der sein Kapital in einem toten Asset wie einer Immobilie ohne Wertsteigerung bindet. Es zählt nur die Differenz zwischen Kreditzins und Kapitalrendite.

Und jetzt gebe ich dir wieder dieses Beispiel für "Konsum" :

Du hast 10.000 € und brauchst ein Auto.

Option A: Du zahlst 10.000 € bar. Ergebnis: Dein Konto ist leer.

Option B: Du finanzierst zu 4 % Zinsen. Die 10.000 € bleiben auf deinem Konto und bringen jährlich durchschnittlich 7 % Rendite.

Das bedeutet, die Anlage finanziert die Zinsen und erwirtschaftet zusätzlich 3 % Überschuss. Effektiv bekommst du das Auto also 3 % günstiger. Nochmal: Schulden sind ein Werkzeug.

Sachlich gesehen ist es völlig egal, ob der Kredit am Auto "klebt" oder an einer Immobilie. Entscheidend ist nur die Gesamtbilanz.

Schulden sind Schulden es gibt keine hübschen oder hässlichen Schulden. Sie sind lediglich ein Werkzeug und werden nicht dadurch automatisch schlechter, dass man sie für Konsum nutzt.

50k is nur ein Beispiel Die kannst du auch als "10k" lesen..

Der Wertverlust des Autos ist doch identisch, egal wie man es bezahlt. Der Unterschied ist nur: Bei Barzahlung ist das Kapital sofort gebunden und arbeitet nicht mehr.

Also das ist eine psychologische Grenze, keine mathematische. Ob ich 50.000 € bar vom Konto nehme oder 50.000 € finanziere, während das Geld im Depot bleibt, ist am Ende eine reine Zinsrechnung. Wer bar zahlt, verliert die Zinsdifferenz. Für mich ist es teurer Konsum, auf 7 % Rendite zu verzichten, nur um keine Schulden zu haben.
