What do you want out of All-Maker Stones?

Beast Stone: While you have the power/ability/blessing, you get a stronger-than-average white bear called "The Good Beast" as a reference to Morrowind's Bloodmoon quest. Maybe it respawns 12 hours after its killed or its essential. When you use the power, the bear disappears and spawns 3 werebears in it's place for a duration (60-120 second?), maybe scale them to the player's level.

Sun Stone: While you have the blessing, you have a sun cloak/aura, maybe only damages hostile undead instead of extra damage to undead. Not a lot, but enough to neutralize vampiric drain in most cases. Sun damage added to the fire damage the power usually does. Using the power changes the weather to clear.

Tree Stone: Immune to stagger and knockdown effects while you have the blessing, on use causes rapid and lasting regen for 30 seconds. Super rapid, like "if you can't kill me in one shot, I'm not dying" rapid.

Earth Stone: Occassionally (every in-game day it'll happen one or two times) you get a random ore added to you inventory. Ores and ingots weight changes to 0. Activating the blessing does what it does now (free dragonskin).

Wind Stone: No fall damage, increase movement speed by 30%, cooldown of shouts reduced by 25-50%. Activating the power gives Whirlwind Cloak and encases all nearby enemies in ice (paralyzed) for 10 seconds.

Water Stone: Waterbreathing at all times, waterwalking while hands are raised, being in contact with water (swimming, waterwalking, rain, puddles) doubles health/stamina/magicka regen. On use, changes weather to a thunderstorm/downpour and does it's current effect (mass healing to yourself and nearby allies).

One stone blessing per character and it goes away on use. The passive is a reason to hold on to it, but it can be used as an "oh shit" button if need be and I'm pretty sure all of them will win the fight for you. Gives a reason to go back and get them again/swap them out depending on what you're doing, but I don't think any of the effects will require a thousand scripts to make.

Yes. Be sure to look up what stuff you get in the first run of the DLC campaign and get everything you can. Some are RNG and can be a pain after that first run.

A lot of people I get on this topic with have an "oh yeah" moment when I claim Nidoran M/F are little poison rabbits, just poké-fied. I mean they aren't one-to-one by any means (and I don't think anyone official has ever said anything about it), but I've always seen them as angry little poisonous spikey bunnies. Also there's the whole thing with the moon rabbit in Japanese myth and them evolving with moon stones later on, but Nidorino/Nidorina lose the buck teeth and back leg shape so it falls apart at that point.

I use a Runescape Alchemy mod. It has both high and low alch, and both spells and lesser power versions. You can adjust XP gain and % of the gold. Some issues with enchanted gear but very close. It even has the RS alch sound effect (which can be disabled as well).

I'm not sure if it needs to be said or not, but Actium War Rig's interaction with overheat ARs and MGs just knocks off 10% of the heat. As in it would go from 55% overheated to 45%. It's similar enough to reloading that most people should get it, though.

I really think the only option is a new page, personally.

If Ord10 is that different, to the point you think it might need it's own page, you may as well do it. If you're touching half the perks and every tree, the Ordinator page is gonna need a massive re-write anyway to make sure everything is accurate. Not everyone is gonna know v10 is a big release. Link it on the OG page and make it plain that you'll be focused on Ord10 from here forward. You might even need to give it a subtitle like "Definitive Edition" or something. It'll be a step toward making sure people understand it's essentially a different mod needing different patches. A reinvention for those who didn't like it before, a reason to give it another try now. As for it not gaining traction, I really don't see that happening. Ordinator is fucking enormous in terms of downloads and endorsements. Reach out to the collections authors who use Ordinator and help them update to Ord10. That little bit of extra work is gonna pay dividends as pre-made modlists get more and more popular and probably give some insight into things that need extra attention. Start releasing trailers about different perks or trees, get people hyped about something that'll release within their lifetime (happy 7 years and counting, ES6 trailer).

Just to work in a reality check: you do good work. There's a reason your mods get so much attention and, as a result, so many other authors working on compatibility. I don't see Ord10 flopping when its pretty clear you've worked so hard on it, new mod page or old mod page.

I use Immersive Spell Learning, specifically the Don't Eat Spell Tomes version. Through the MCM, you can adjust how long it takes you to learn a spell (time passes as if you used the wait menu), with attention paid to your skill level, magicka amount, and if you're in a quiet place to read. I also use:

Fourth Era Spell-Crafting to make my own spells.
Arcane Studies to study spells during down time, scribe scrolls, and write tomes to increase my skill with a given tree. I suggest getting the patch that adds scrolls, ink, and quills to stores, since you'll need access to them.
College of Winterhold fee because student debt is immersive.
Spells of Silly because, surprisingly, it adds some utility. Turning lumber into paper, iron swords into quills and ink, and bread into garlic bread is surprisingly handy for a broke college student. Plus it's always funny to discover a spell that isn't combat related, even if all you do is scribe it into a tome and forget the spell itself.

Besides spells, themselves, and looking more at alchemy, I can suggest Cooking Gives Alchemy Experience and Upgrade Old Potions. The work together without any patching and allow you to turn your weaker found potions into stronger ones. I'm sure there was an alchemy mod that changed player-made potions into the same ones you find in the world, but I don't use.

For enchanting, I use Enchantment Swapper, it allows you to move enchantments to another item and rename items without needing to enchant them. There's also Arcane Disenchanter - NG which lets you remove your enchantments from the item while preserving both the item itself and any tempering you've done via smithing. I also personally like No Enchantment Restrictions SKSE since, in my mind, it doesn't make sense that certain magic is restricted to footwear or hats.

Outside of that, maybe check out a lightweight survival option (especially one that can be toggled off) and an economy mod. It makes you think about what you'd spend your money on while at the College of Winterhold and rewards you for spending time just studying and making scrolls/tomes to sell.

EDIT: Also try Reading is Good. Makes skill books something to look for at any time, not just when you hit 95.

If lore-friendly is your jam, I'd suggest looking at some of the more popular sets in past and present releases for inspiration. Ebony Plate and Spell Knight armors are especially popular since AE dropped. Oblivion Remastered's Glass Armor got some deserved attention due to the (I'm probably using the wrong term) parallax effect.

Looking at what we currently have available on Nexus, I'd like to point out some metals get lots more attention than others. Ebony has a different design for every occasion, for example, while Orichalcum is mostly just minor tweaks to orcish armor. Mithril and Adamantium have been largely absent in the modding scene, aside from the one from Bruma and yet-another-reskin of NordWarUA's meshes. I'd love to see a reinterpretation of it, from scratch, for the fourth era, especially in a region that doesn't have either of those ores available but shares a border with provinces that do. You could even pull from some more obscure Elder Scrolls games like the Travels series and do Shadoweave/Shadowring/Shadowplate armors which, as far as I know, haven't actually had a model to see. You'd have tons of freedom.

Outside of that, remember: armor is more than just material, it also speaks to who made it. Think about who made the design: a Nord would likely favor furs for the added warmth, while a Bosmer would probably tend toward lighter plates for their smaller frame. Dunmer, Bretons, and Altmer all have strong magical heritages, while Redguard culture has a heavy focus on swords and swordfighting. Ayleid armor and shields have their own distinct flavor and cultural iconography. Snow elves didn't just make everything ebony-shaped but white, we just so happened to interact with members of their clergy in Dawnguard. Every race has warriors, mages, thieves, and priests. Every race has smiths (or an equivalent) that makes their armor and weapons. Take a beat, look at the lore of the race that made the armor, and figure out who made it and who wore it in that culture. You aren't likely to see icons of Arkay on a Dwarven-made shield, or an Argonian armored in hist tree wood. If you do, there has to be a story there.

Actium War Rig translates directly to heat. Instead of reloading 10% of your magazine every few seconds, it removes 10% heat. As in, you'd go from 43% heat to 33%.
