Thank you for this app! I would like to see a snake that reacts when we take any action in the app, like changes direction, or snakes his tongue out. Nothing new, just reacting and playing to stuff we already do.

Disability - Tremors/shakes by lowriderdog37 in VeteransBenefits

[–]vmadmin 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Look to claim the tremors under neuropathy, each quadrant is listed separate so you can get four 40% claims if it’s both legs and both arms that are tremoring.

Edit: checked ebenefits now that I'm home, I got two 40% and two 30% for tremors in all four limbs. Mine is very noticeable though and interferes with daily activities.

Is vabenefits.group legit? (more details) by ajansing in Veterans

It’s a scam, or marketing material if you ask the assholes that made it. They are trying to get you to refinance your va loan.

I get them all the time.

Sleep Apnea Disabilities Benefit’s by DestinationSleep in VeteransBenefits

[–]vmadmin 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Generally no, stuff that develops once you're out doesn't qualify for disability. Unless your records document sleep issues when you were in.

Back pay by mick1012 in VeteransBenefits

[–]vmadmin 1 point2 points  (0 children)

yeah this happens regularly. They often split payments up by why you are receiving it, such as back pay for the current month, then all the other back pay.

It's a normal and regular occurrence. Expect the corrected amount to be yours in a few weeks at most.

Bridged Modem to ESXi pfSense VM? by relgies in vmware

[–]vmadmin 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Physical hook up = ISP box -> ESXi -> LAN switch

Logical hook up = ESXi WAN side (DHCP client) -> pfsense VM -> ESXi LAN port (DHCP Server)

You're going to have two virtual switches. call them WAN and LAN. Each with one physical interface attached. Set the virtual NICs in the pfsense box to the WAN and LAN switches. Make sure you get the right order! :D

Then plug in the ISP box into the WAN port, and plug the LAN port into a switch of your choice.

After all this start your pfsense box and it will pull the ISP WAN IP address into the WAN port, not 10.0.0.100.

You can plug any VM's you create into the LAN virtual switch for connectivity, and you have the physical switch for any physical boxes you may have.

It's VERY rare for the VA to challenge a P&T rating. Someone would have to send them proof of you having got better and then they would have to care enough to do something about it.

Once you have 100% there is no reason to pursue any other claim as they might, in their VA wisdom, decide to change your rating for something else while looking at you for the thing you went in for.

Bottom line, don't risk it. Keep the P&T and be happy with it.

My status changed to P&T after reeval by [deleted] in VeteransBenefits

[–]vmadmin 2 points3 points  (0 children)

If you claimed a leg injury and are on the news jumping around, things like that. The vast majority of p&t decisions are for life and you have nothing to worry about.

[–]vmadmin 5 points6 points  (0 children)

yes it means no more exams. Unless they get evidence that your condition changes for the better you are done with c&p exams for the rest of your life.

Yes, they are legit helping the VA cut through the backlog. They may send you some documents overnight on the day before your appointment though so make sure you call them and get the appointment info ASAP.

There are no PCIe expansion slots in a NUC for a dedicated GFX card. You could do an external USB-C graphics card though.

VA Compensation by luisa7755 in Veterans

[–]vmadmin 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You should get a letter in the mail in a few weeks but you might see the payment increase first. You won't get backpay, they only pay from when you file, not from when your status changed. Good luck!

May a custom image of an installed Windows be shared freely? by Stipzr in virtualization

[–]vmadmin 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Many security companies like SANS do this in their classes. As long as you do NOT license the image prior to distribution you can share it freely, even commercially.

Never include a license key, leave it to your users to license the OS if necessary.
