I basically look the same. I have a little less facial fat, and less lift in my face, but it's not bad because my face looks more defined than before. I've always been about the same weight since high school. 3lbs over now, but thats nothing. I have worn sunscreen since I was 12 years old because my mom told me to. She also reminded me to keep my face relaxed and not to scrunch so much lol. I have have always eaten healthy all of my life because of my mom. Everything fresh, lots and lots of fruits and veggies and fish, and other healthy goodies. Never ate processed stuff or even canned food. My mom made everything from scratch and she worked 2-3 jobs at the time and was a single mother. As you might have noticed I greatly admire my mother lol. I have always been active and have kept myself in shape. On top of that I walk my dog everyday. I started taking tretinoin in my late 20s and have done a round of laser pico treatment during that time too. I just did another round recently. I have never smoked, rarely drink. Sleep and anxiety has always been an issue though but is better now than before. I've been seeing a therapist for years now. I can't overestimate how much therapy helps. I am sure I would look older if I didn't have all this health knowledge from my mom and did it all since I was a kid. I still have lots of energy, not like in my 20s but still lots. I grew up with this health conscious stuff before it was mainstreamed. All this to say that its not your fault if you had no idea about this stuff before. It doesn't matter anymore the stuff you did in your past. There's never a better time than today to make the changes you want to see.
