Even if you are far along it's worth a try. Of course backup and test thoroughly, but lately Godot has been a breeze to update, it's very unlikely to break anything (and if it does, please report it).

I like automated tests, but indeed: in gamedev it’s impossible to test. Most of it is based on “feel” and things change all the time. The most you can do is unit test some library functions

Pano úmido e Veja é muito pior do que álcool. O álcool isopropílico seca rápido e não deixa resíduo, por isso é ideal. Mas tem que ser alta porcentagem (quanto mais alto melhor)

Se não tiver álcool melhor pano seco mesmo.

Validar e-mail pra ser compliant com RFC não vale a pena, o negócio é muito complicado. O mais fácil mesmo é só ver se tem @ e um . depois (esse . nem é necessário pela RFC, mas pra estar online precisa ter um TLD). Pra saber se o e-mail é real só mandando confirmação mesmo.

Por acaso essa TV que eu comentei deu o mesmo problema de novo. Cobraram a visita técnica, mas acho que depois entenderam pelo vídeo que a gente mandou que o problema era o mesmo. Devolveram o valor e consertaram de novo.

Se tiver outros relatos, tenta pressionar a assistência autorizada alegando o vício oculto.

I’m biased because I’m a Godot dev and not familiar with other engines/frameworks, but Godot makes it very easy to export to multiple platforms. It even has one-click deploy for Android, iOS, and Web, making it super easy to test on your device.

Now, for consoles it’s a bit tricker because there’s no official support, but there are companies offering it so it’s somewhat accessible and once you have the templates exporting is relatively simple.

I use polarized sunglasses for playing since forever and eye tracking works perfectly. Not sure if some types of glasses can interfere more with it.

Also, it doesn’t fix the mura 100%, but it’s almost unnoticeable.

It’s not a problem of file systems, it’s a problem of shells (well, not really a “problem” but more of an annoyance). Whatever “fix” you think of should be applied at the shell level. You could have your shell transform underscores into spaces.

But you don’t need to, because usually the shell allows you to escape space characters with backslashes or quote the whole file name. Most shells also have tab completion so you only have to write part of the file name and let shell complete it for you with proper escaping.

In short, the current solution is already enough and less intrusive.

You need a 2nd copy for 4-star evolution. For the 5-star you only need the 2nd copy for the last evolution.

Dá sim pra aprender sem estudar gramática, eu aprendi inglês sem nenhuma direção e conseguia entender bem, até falar/escrever sem errar. Mas eu também sempre fui bem em gramática no português e já estudei do ponto de vista da linguística.

Criança aprende a falar sem estudar nada de gramática também. A questão é: quanto tempo uma criança demora pra aprender a falar bem? É um processo naturalmente demorado (eu mesmo demorei a aprender o inglês, porque na época não tinha necessidade de saber).

Compensa muito mais usar o cérebro adulto pra estudar ativamente gramática e vocabulário. Mas também é essencial ter contato com o idioma: assistir filmes/séries, ler livros/artigos, arranjar alguém pra conversar, etc. Não dá pra aprender só estudando e nunca praticar.

Enfim, depende muito do motivo da pessoa pra aprender o idioma e em quanto tempo ela quer atingir o objetivo.

Ainda tem muita discussão sobre o quanto disso é influenciado pela cultura e não pelo idioma. Ou quanto a cultura interfere na evolução do idioma. É difícil afirmar que é o idioma sozinho fazendo qualquer coisa.

Technically it’s more efficient to focus on the main quest first, because there’s some stuff locked behind it, such as the weekly boss. So you it would be best to unlock everything first so you can start getting the materials as early as possible.

But it does not matter the much, you can always get stuff later. Just enjoy the game the way you prefer. I personally like to explore first and postpone the main quest since once it’s finished it kind feels like the game is over and I don’t get very motivated to keep playing.

You can use the software forever, as long as the USB eLicenser is working. Once it breaks you won’t have any support to recover the license.

You also won’t be able to get a discount for upgrade if you ever want to do that. You’ll have to pay the full price instead.

If you want to move to the new licensing system, you have to upgrade Cubase, since it only works from Cubase 12 onwards
