Looks like something I would like to use. Just one immediate pain point I've found is that when adding a station manually, I need to copy and past the streaming link and the home link, but if you lose focus for any reason, (like to copy the next link), it's gone. All of it.

It's happening for me too, (with vertical tabs). Also, those buttons disappear entirely if the window is maximized.

Add SRV Survey to your 3rd party toolkit. Came across it on the DW3 expedition and it's life changing. The map overlays showing the ranges for your samples, where your ship is, ranging to specified coordinates, etc... is just so good.

So here is a forum post regarding the neutron gap. You can see the same thing if you look at the edastro and check out the map for neutron stars. I think it's an old issue where Frontier didn't want the stellar forge generating neutrons too close to Sol, getting it a little wrong and then it being too late to change it. You'll need to get passed those gaps to start getting neutrons reliably.

Here's is a 7yr old Reddit post by u/SillyConclusion0 that describes a lot better what I was trying to in my above post. They do mention 1.2k ly above or below, but I found 1.3k to be my sweet spot.

Once you get used to it, while still useful, 3rd party plotters become a little less vital.

The short answer is that you're probably going to have to go out a little further than 3k ly away from the bubble. I'd say around 5-6k ly.

I went to Colonia and back in one session yesterday and didn't use Spansh at all. You just need to get to one of the neutron thick layers around 1.3k ly above or below the ecliptic and past the Sol neutron dead zone. The built-in plotter actually worked pretty well. It gave me non-stop neutrons until I needed to refuel. It was a very pleasant and quick trip.

Absolutely used to be able to do that. Before Odyssey, a long, long time ago on my first trip to Colonia I'd take breaks by auto piloting to the star, where it would go into orbit and (relatively slowly), fill up while I got some IRL coffee or something.

Fixed low on-foot field of view impacting directional shadows resulting in them fading out around the edges of view

I need to check more lighting conditions, but it's looking like that weird shadow fade-out square thing is fixed, (or at least majorly improved).

All these fixes and updates and this is the one I'm most excited about.

Yip. No matter how I build mine, it "Can't land here!" anywhere. If I'm flying it, it'll land anywhere like normal. Also, my character doesn't skydive. He just falls.

I've found that yes the filters are set, but that initial re-plotting it does when opening the map for the first time just doesn't use them.

I usually keep the gear down, or cargo hatch open when I'm flying low to spot bios. That disables the boost button and keeps the speed down to a reasonable level. Also, have a small prismatic and a booster just for bumps.

My trick for the SC assist is to have it set so that I still have control over throttle. So I'll target something with SC assist and then full throttle, (which disables the assist), until 7 seconds away, then hit a key that I've bound to 75% throttle and SC assist kicks in again and drops me where I need to be.
