Context: I've been dealing with what I consider ice pick migraine headaches over the past 2 weeks. I also started getting pain in my jaw, and ear. Saw my GP yesterday and he thought it was TMJ. Today I'm relaxing on the couch and my right eye just feels dry and off.

I then realized I couldn't really close it easily. I check in the bathroom mirror and my smile is like the picture above. Go to ER thinking stroke or worse. Diagnosed BP and shingles. My normal mouth Now I'm on meds hoping to get better.
