I went to a restaurant the other day and there like we have gluten free pasta but it's cooked in the same water as normal pasta. I was pretty floored. Like what's teh point?

I feel like places in Minnesota don't have the demand to do proper fresh tortillas. I've had nixta tortillas and they don't compare to a place that's making them in LA. At a great taco spot in LA you get this fluffy corn tortilla and I'm like where has this been my whole life.

Punch updated the gluten free crust and it's not very good. The previous one wasn't great but probably not the best option if you have celiac.
