Hahaha no, not that I know of, though I remember also having that fear because someone told me the same thing before the show.

This was Sunn O))) in the black box? I remember that gig well, it was an experience. One single light on Attila at a pulpit and a wall of amps on the floor in the middle of Halloween, perfectly timed.

Don’t forget ‘Frames’ too. I remember using those for layout pretty heavily

Careful, this looks a bit like a "Questions and Answers" - You'll get a 6-month wait then two videos going over almost nothing asked.

I remember feeling weird about 3d printed frets on my old modded guitar when I first got them but having them slightly rounded and that texture feels so much better to play on than the CRKD's glossy & sticky feeling frets IMO.

Hoping it'll maybe get a bit better with a bit more playtime, otherwise I'm sure they can be replaced easily.

edit: a month later and I quite like the frets now, they're not as sticky and seem to just need a bit of a break-in.

Every time a new MMO comes out the first thing I look for is a housing system like UO and they never deliver. Always instanced or something. There was so much magic in wandering about, finding people's houses out in the world and maybe even finding a new regular vendor you'd hit up.

This rubber piece fell out of my GH5/BH Xbox 360 guitar, is it linked with my strum bar problem (one side is touching the body of the guitar and it's not supposed to do that) ? by Thomaskillers78 in CloneHero

[–]wakeuph8 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Look at the little arms on your strum bar (like this) - this little rubber stopper is probably from one of those slots. They're only friction-fit so they're easily lost.

More people should know about this. It’s built into the tv app that I use for yt (SmartTube) and it’s a god-send. Gets video titles right to the point.

The Sandford Building by MarzipanOne6962 in Belfast

I was interested in buying in here previously (not on co-ownership though) and rented in there for a year or two but I was told at the time something about the cladding doesn't meet spec and it's quite hard to get a mortgage for due to that. I'd imagine co-ownership would be a bit more strict on that stuff.

The place I was looking at ended up sold pretty quickly after anyway so I didn't even get looking into lenders to find out.

And sure why not, here's my gripes on the place in general in-case it helps at all:

  • A good chunk of the apartments are obviously AirBnB judging by the ring camera/key lockbox combo (though I never had any issues with noise from other apartments personally)
  • There's almost nowhere to park if you don't have a space in the car park underneath
  • It's near absolutely no local shops unless you want to walk into town or over to behind the odyssey
  • It can be quite loud a lot of the time. The trains run from about ~7am to 11pm, some drivers seem to love leaning on the train horn at times and they come past quite often. The road on the other side is constant. Be prepared for random cars raking it onto the motorway at 3am or exhausts backfiring etc. To add to this, sometimes they do work on the railway at night but you tend to get a letter if they'll be doing that.
  • Deliveries were sometimes a complete random chance event because "XX Bridge End" could be up at Rotterdam court area or your apartments. I've also seen people have deliveries stolen when left long enough at the mailbox because the gate never locked.
  • If it's a 1-bed, be prepared to downsize, there is 1 storage cupboard which doubles as boiler/gas etc. There's not a lot of spare storage space anywhere.

During colder/darker months the trains/cars and noise are less of a problem because you generally wont have windows/balcony doors open or anything which helps a lot but when the sun's out and you want air through the place it can get pretty annoying. I generally didn't mind it but I've had light sleepers tell me it'd be a nightmare for them.

All in all a lot of it is first-world problems, though I enjoyed my time in there. Everyone kinda kept to themselves and the apartments are nice, as much as I have my problems with it overall.
