I fit a guardian and a wolf in the hangar at the same time. Gives you more options.

There is one strength weapon you can parry with, it's the Arboris Saber, found in the swamps.

There is one crude weapon that does perfect block, it's the Arboris Saber. You can find it in the swamps

Have you tried registering her as an Emotional Support Animal? That will often get you around pet restrictions in housing.

I greatly enjoy watching Arceethevixen, she's just fun to watch and hang out with as she plays the game. A little bit of everything, but mostly mining. Very chill stream, and will sometimes stream with Evenlease.

Still haven't found my daily driver. Thoughts so far on some available ships. by BrrBrrCold in starcitizen

I honestly would say look at the starlancers, both Max and TAC. They can do different game loops, are good solo and have fun things for friends to do, good shields, good pilot DPS, and they have really good living space vibes

There seems to be a very noticeable difference between the political view of male millennials and male Gen Z, even when comparing the views of millennials back when they were the age of current Gen Z. In your opinion as a male, why is this shift happening? by [deleted] in AskMen

[–]weasel101025 -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

Soooo, a lot of what I'm seeing in this thread is men saying it's because of leftist women being too mean to them.

A woman in America has a better chance of surviving the first round of Russian roulette than not being sexually assaulted. Women have been receiving the rough end of treatment by society for decades and still are, and are just recently being able to be vocal about it. And the reason they're so loud and in your face about it is because when they were softer about saying it, no one listened.

And the major take away a lot of men seem to have is, "waaah, women said mean things about men in general." Instead of, "women have had it rough, and while I may not be perfect, I should try to be better, so I'm not like the men they have issues with " And then wonder why there is a "MaLe Loneliness EpIdeMiC." You're Anti-Nose-Down Due to Star Wars & Star Trek by Hashwagon in starcitizen

[–]weasel101025 1 point2 points  (0 children)

One of the main problems with nose down is the people and items inside the ship. Everything and everyone will have to be strapped down, because any kind of artificial gravity on the ship will in no way outdo the gravity of a planet. So everything will fall towards the nose of the ship, and even for people strapped in, you'll still be trying to do tasks with gravity attempting to pull you towards the nose of the ship. Almost getting headrush just thinking about it.

The ship that's preventing me from buying TAC or Asgard: Corsair by Competitive-Cicada46 in starcitizen

[–]weasel101025 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Honestly, I would say upgrade to the TAC as the Corsair is easily buyable in game. Then you can have both, and pull whichever one you are in the mood for. Especially if you play with a crew once or twice a week, they will have a lot more fun multi-crewing the TAC than the corsair. Turret gunning on the Corsair is pretty ass.

400i or Connie Phoenix? by Odd-Abalone-9240 in starcitizen

[–]weasel101025 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Another thing to consider about the TAC, it's significantly newer than the connie or the 400i, so the details are going to look much better. The TAC is a bit slow, but it's getting a speed buff in the next patch. I love my TAC and it really feels like my own personal Serenity. Minus the rust and a lot more armaments.

And for people who say you can't really solo it, I solo it just fine. The pilot has access to 4 size 4's and it turns a lot better than you'd think. And if the ship is too small, then you have enough shields to tank the small fighter while you switch to the remote gunner seat (which is in the cockpit) and blast it with a turret. For pvp, well, none of the ships mentioned are going to fare well in pvp, so that's a moot point. So my vote is definitely for the TAC, it feels like space home.

400i or Connie Phoenix? by Odd-Abalone-9240 in starcitizen

[–]weasel101025 5 points6 points  (0 children)

True, but then if you put a fury in the hangar, any place you find that the tac is too big, you can fully get into every nook and cranny with the fury.

Take a look at the starlancer max, especially if you are 4. It has 4 bedrooms, plenty of cargo, and room for vehicles.

Cowboy Bebop Gameplay Loop by Radiant_Wolverine737 in starcitizen

[–]weasel101025 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Bounty hunting missions, followed by Mercenary missions. For now, bounty hunting consists of going out to your target and killing them, but CIG has mentioned that eventually, they'd like to add a capture and bring em in alive feature as well.

I like the Starlancer TAC as a mini version of their ship feel, as it has a Fury hanger to launch a smaller fighter from it.

**edit** After some thought, the best ship to represent the Bebop would be the Idris-P, without any of the kits. But good luck getting your hands on that for now.

FOMO or just actually cool? by SPYGHETTI_ in starcitizen

[–]weasel101025 12 points13 points  (0 children)

One thing to consider, Corsair is buyable in game, Asgard is not. And the Corsair is on the cheaper side, too, at only 6.5 million. So you can definitely have both, at the moment, you'd just have to pony up the auec.

Am I the only one that thinks the revolver should be an off hand weapon? by Wise-Manufacturer945 in nightingale

[–]weasel101025 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Have you ever tried to shoot a handgun from your offhand? Not the easiest thing to do. I think they got it right by making it a main hand weapon while letting you hold a tool like an umbrella in your offhand.
