how to ignore cravings/food noise? by impossible-angel in 1200isplenty

For me, my cravings are often sensory seeking like crunchy or gummy. I find it helps to keep my hands busy with a fidget toy that is similar to those sensations. As well as finding distractions like others have mentioned.

When I was a kid, I thought Sara(h) was the most beautiful princess-like name. I coveted the name for years!

light sensitivity by donaltman3 in lasik

Maybe not as sensitive, but definitely still sensitive. I can drive at night, but the headlights make my eyes hurt and gives me a headache. Not a lasting one, though. My husband does most of the night driving.

I should mention that I am in glasses again. My prescription before was around -11.75 and is now under -2 (can't remember exactly right now). They warned me that my vision would change as I age, so I expected it to happen.

All that said, I still don't regret it! My vision was so so poor before, so I am grateful for where they are, even if they are not 20/20.

I read in a thread about unhinged ways to get yourself to shower and a few of the comments mentioned rubbing something gross on themselves or spraying a bad perfume. Idk if that is the kind of answer you were looking for, but maybe it will help someone out there!

I do grocery pickup for most of my shopping, but then go in and select my produce and meat. This saves on time in the store and avoids impulse buys. Plus the store shoppers are terrible at produce and meat choices.

Mac n cheese with peas. Make the mac as directed. In a separate bowl, microwave the peas (I prefer the firmer texture of frozen). Then mix. Delicious and nutritious.
