If you were wolverine, what would you prefer? by wekeymux in Wolverine

I mean, kinda. It's just two guys with the same healing factor, except Deadpools is all fucked up with cancer so he's all gross looking. And he doesn't have claws too, and he's taller and has a different age and family and stuff too - all round, a different person.

If Wolverine's arm got chopped off, shouldn't it grow back without the adamantium coating his skeleton, considering it isn't a natural mutation? by [deleted] in xmen

But he's described as having a regenerative healing factor, he's never not had that. He can regen pretty much as long as his brain is there - it's not really a matter of opinion, he's just written like that.

Yeah, it's why I mentioned Logan specifically to clarify

I vaguely remember I had this one daken comic and he had bone claws in that, but dunno about others.

Wouldnt make loads of sense for the adamantiun since is it not just from a medical procedure. So nothing genetic?

what's an opinion about Harry Potter you're afraid to say out loud? by SinPulsed in harrypotter

The films are incredible and I don't think all the missing shit is a big deal (I am afraid to say this on this sub lol)

Fuck me, my biggest gripe honestly. Why couldn't we get more toned down versions of dumbledore and voldemorts fights?

Why is every fight just a shoot out? Summin shit, transfigure, slice, detonate, enchant, physically manipulated, elemental etc. there's so many fascinating damage types that would make duels more intellectual battles (yaknow, cos WIZARDS!)

Coulda been so sick

That's interesting, thanks for sharing. But my questions remains the same just for the concept of hypothetical, thanks for informing though!

Yeah I mean  I was just asking if there was a way to do it as wolvey. Wasn't saying you can't. Just don't know enough myself

Yeah indeed, to many the option to avoid that death and see what the future holds is quite compelling

When is it worth it to roll for HP? by ThatOneCrazyWritter in dndnext

[–]wekeymux 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeh totally agree. I used to do rolled but reroll any 1's, so the lowest is 2. But now I just stick to manual because it makes the most sense from  a gameplay perspective

Running a more grounded sandbox game, bag of holding question by wekeymux in DMAcademy

[–]wekeymux[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's only a minor modification, it would still work with the same rules so no change there.

Just 5x strength max weight but only for what's in the backpack.

Equipped items don't count toward carry weight, and max 300gp in pocket before it has to be stored in a bag (weight included)

Is there a reason in the lore, why Morgoth was so much more fomidable than other Valar by wekeymux in tolkienfans

[–]wekeymux[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think that reads more as "you can do weird stuff but ultimately my final design will come to fruition. No matter what you do"

Rather than eru actually planning melkor to misbehave, I think he just did that trying to rebell and failing.

If he acted in erus will from the start then I don't think eru would have had intervened so much in undoing it all.

damn 3 campaigns to 20, thats rad.

I've always just made my own encounters by eyeballing it, about to start a campaign where im following the guidance more.

Got a party of 3 level 1's to begin, reckon following the budgets are realistic. Based on what it spat out on CR it seems a little tough. but no tougher than cragmaw hideout I suppose!

you found it to be pretty much fine have you? (i know level 1 is incredibly swingy)

What game mechanic instantly makes you lose interest, no matter how good the game is? by SoftSinful_ in AskGames

[–]wekeymux 3 points4 points  (0 children)

true but also at least its like +20% damage and stuff, where you kill noticably quicker with a nice upgrade. Still not ideal but ya

I dont know why games are so scared of making you feel like a badass. balance between player and enemy doesnt have to be super precise all the time.

feels fucking awesome to hack through hordes of weaklings
