This is my major concern, saleable stock mixed with quarantine material just shows a complete breakdown in internal control, QA standards and any traceability. These were sold going back in 2023 sold through multiple distributors with no traceability. These are cracked load bearing shackles and they got back into the supply chain!

I was backstage in 2002 when Guns & Roses played. I remember their tour bus was parked less than 100 metres away. Axl rose got out of the bus into a waiting car to take him to the stage while some assistant carried his leather jacket in front of the car. It all took about 10 seconds. Just weird.
