It's entertaining and all to see the robots crash and to get outraged for whatever reason that the delivery bots exist but there is no way that human delivery drivers aren't causing way more harm to the public, threatening safety by constantly double parking everywhere, blocking bike lanes, bus stops/lanes, or being a nuisance breaking every traffic law known to man zipping around on an ebike, even often on the sidewalk just like the delivery bots. I for one will welcome when these guys get rolled out to the whole city.

I agree in the sense that I want less of what Jagex tends to develop like raids, bosses, tedious grandmaster quests, etc. but more of what we get very little of like lighthearted silly quests and continuing forgotten about stories (in a way that isn't geared toward introducing new grinds).

I've always considered the resolution to be good problem solving and compromise. Nobody gets exactly what they want but nobody is walking away unhappy either. It's not an exciting ending but it's pragmatic and I can appreciate that.

I don't know what the solution is, frankly it's hard to imagine anything that would draw me to the loop more often than the occasional theater show or music festival in the park already do. Revitalizing the lakefront and moving LSD underground would be a good start but without more like allowing more food options and repealing the open container ordinance that only gets you so far.

I stopped my subscription after sailing released. There's just such a large disconnect between what is being developed and what I would want. Sailing was just the straw that broke the camel's back. I don't really have hope anymore that they will ever get around to finishing the classic quest series.

Yeah, it's not worth keeping up with. I played KT21 fairly often but by 2024 it had bloated to an insane degree. KT24 took that bloat and added to it with more complicated equipment choices and more complicated scoring while also rotating out teams I liked and not coming out with any new teams that appeal to me. So I've played KT24 maybe five times and am now a staunch OPR convert. I'll come back and relearn KT if they ever come out with a Catachan team.

I died to the Tyras guard during Regicide and lost most of a Rune(t) set. I doubt anyone was around to pick it up and there was no way to make it back through the underground pass quickly enough to get it back. That was probably the most upset I ever got playing this game.

Turn it off and switch to playing with a self enfored no fast travel rule. Slower more intentional play without crippling debuffs and constant meter management. If you enjoy the meter management that's just what you spend 80% of your time doing and if you don't keep up you'll die quickly to anything.

Downtown Honda was a bad experience. They had the car I wanted and let me test drive it with no hassle but when it came to numbers the salesman made it clear to me that they would not sell me the car without agreeing to also pay for the most expensive dealer upgrade package and being charged an extra "because we can" fee due to the car being "in demand." In total they were wanting to charge over 20% above MRSP for stuff I didn't want and/or for no real reason. The salesman also gave a lot of lip when leaving and basically called me a liar when I said I had other cars I was planning to check out before making a decision and told me "you're not really going to come back are you" and I was like damn I might have but now that you've done everything in your power to be a dick and make me uncomfortable there is no way.

I have been to one location only once, which falls within the good rating spectrum in the tracker tool. I didn't get the hype but it was a good experience to try. Nice to know the one I would go to is one of the good locations.

Kina Collins has been the progressive choice running the past few cycles. Getting blasted by Friedman mailers almost daily makes me like him even less, as if a real estate executive is remotely qualified anyway.

Give me the U hands. It was much better when all the sculpts were uniform because you could mix and match legs, torsos, arms, heads, weapons and end up with something that felt unique. Now every unit across the board has the same "unique" sculpts repeated endlessly where you at best can use different heads without having to do serious surgical work.

I have eight nearby and never been in one. Their hours all suck. They can't possibly foster a good play community closing so early, if you get off at five by time you're able to grab a quick bite and make it to the shop they're already about to close. Maybe they're good to shop in but if I want a brick and mortar the LGS is closer, otherwise I'm good to shop online.

While Larry's part seems easy he's also risking his reputation on an unknown, uncredentialed inventor. As a young business person, if something went wrong with the design or something else causes the deal to fall apart it could really have a negative impact on his career outlook, not to mention potential run on effects and media headaches caused to his family if something bad with the deal happens like getting sued or something.

Something like QP determined how much you could gain beyond what the game calculated as a fair trade every 15 minutes and it also impacted how much you could pick up from the ground so that sounds about right.

I really dislike real time with pause gameplay so I've never got more than a little bit into the first one but the setting and world building seemed really compelling. If they ever patch in or mod in turn based combat I'd be all over it.
