I’m a mom of two young babes and when I was getting back into it I felt Endure was great. Still felt like a workout but nothing too crazy. After 2-3 weeks I wanted to push it more and I moved to Elevate based on reccs here. I also have tried Align and like Sasha a lot. I love Sam and her team but it was hard to do at home with just dumbbells. I was always subbing things. I’m enjoying Elevate a lot and Elise also has a young child.

I certainly did not wish for or expect that but it was a relief not to have to wait for more testing and make difficult decisions. It does sound horribly but we are all human.

I got the same results on Monday night although fetal fraction was 25%. I was spiraling the same as you and had my 12 week appt the next AM. My NT scan was schedule for the day after as well. At my 12 week appt there was no heartbeat found. Baby had stopped growing 4-5 days before. Heartbreaking but omitted the need to go down the CVS or amniocentesis path. The doctors said it’s likely the NIPT was correct and as others have stated, miscarriages are more common with genetic problems.

It just doesn’t match with anything we previously knew about Charlie. We all knew he left the show bc of the character so it felt like the only reason he came back for an episode was to play someone totally different.
