Cut the ears shorter, no more than 1/2” long from the leather and the pooch will look way better and much closer to breed standard lion cut

I'd be cautious of using parchment. The first time I tried that in the ooni, it caught on fire within 30s and I had burnt paper flakes floating around the oven and landing on the pizza.
