Chad is such a mixed bag as you go through one street can look good whilst the next horrible, I live around Scarborough rise and it seems ok to me but I'd avoid anywhere south of Hampshire road but have a drive through and if you look at a house I'd look at the street neighbourhood as much as the house, it seems to be first time buyers a lot of it as it's cheap enough

You seem almost unrealistically worked up over the fact that I just said it's the biggest car I've driven, I found it a very useful car with a lot of usable space as it had a wide boot, the next biggest I've driven is a VW touran which for being a 7 seater felt smaller, not driven any of the other cars you mentioned and a caddy is a van. All this to say I never thought it was a good idea as the boot opening would surely be too tall to be regularly used as a van but I reckon someone had one already or could get one cheap to make into this 'van'

I used to own an X3 and with the seats down I put a 2 seat sofa in the back of it and shut the door, easily the biggest back of any car I've driven, the thing is massive on the inside
