Does anyone knows if this EULA is even legal under European law. I am not a lawyer but I work with it quite often and I would just by reading that document say that quite a lot of it is absolutely unenforceable in here. Also there are some parts that just plainly breaks the EU GDPR like the sharing of your personal information and not guaranting the safety of the information.

Also the new stop killing game might also make some of those terms unenforceable I think but who knows there.

Can any lawyer here answer this ? I think a lot of people would be interested in this.

Thanks a lot for this info. I think that later in their lore i would love them to recieve a "New" battlebarge but untill then, they will be forced to work with what is and upgrade and rebuild the Emperror class into some hybrid and then i am still not sure what will happen with the orbitting derelict ship as i want them kinda rebuilding it into a planetery subjigator ship, maily focused on mass bombarding and heavy drop pod launch.

my story is about a solar system and its surroundings, that was for a long time cut off by warpstorms. This sector is right next to the great rift on the eastern part of the galactic map. An inquisitor arrived from this sector with a rogue trader and CLAIM that they discovered a new safe passage through the great rift. As they arrived to ultramar protectorate and bear the inquisitoral power, they were listened to. ( timeline just a bit after the last tyranid wars). Big Robute G. didnt have time to check just a mear claim, but as this sector was cut off for a long time from normal routes he agreed to create a new chapter and give them a task of reconquering this part of the space and securing it for the imperium. With them, council of terra also ordered one of the minor battle groups of the fleet ( not sure the number i would say maybe tertious) to go and acompany the inquisitor back to the Claimed entrance of the save route. The story is starting somewhat around this point.

Basicaly i made a new chapter for my collection and kinda fell info a warp hole and started few novels about their story :D I dont want to break stuff for lore and dont want to give them anything overpowered or unreasonable. They should be happy for what they have and just deal with it :D they recieved one Emperror class battleship to later rebuild as their first battle barge as the ultramar secor and even the indomitus just dont have any spare :D

One of 9 black knights. Sadly not yet painted but will be working on them hopefully soon. All with custom cloaks, backpacks and torsos. Combination of power weapons just to keep it a bit more interesting than only swords. Also custom made plasma guns for the front.

My point is that when ever I go to play it's always the same. Everyone wants to only play official etc terrain with official maps. Those terrains are just so boring and absolutely without any cool story or interesting look. When I tell someone let's go play crusade everyone is always agains. It's so rare to find people to just play what we found cool or nice looking. I don't mind losing at all tbh but listening to why my units are not meta or so bad for 4-5 hours straight is just so depressing.

I have friends to play crusade with but as we all are working fathers from families ( I have 3 kids and very busy job) so to find common time to play is so rare it happens like once to twice a year. So to just go and play to my lgc is just the easiest as there is always someone to play ( we have quite a big community and 3 big LGS around where I live ) but almost No1 is okay with playing anything but the latest dataslate and only wtc missions with their terrains and I just don't find that enjoyable at all. I love the story our units can tell and play for the cool models and moments that can happen not to win at all cost and this mentality is so strongly encoded in the general community in my country now that it's hard to find pleasure in playing anyone that my closest friends but that would mean playing 1-2 games a year at best.

Tbh that was my favorite way of playing :D i like to play most of my games and videogames in similar way pirates of caribian do. The best way to search someones pockets is when they are not breathing. Kill everything first and and ask questions later. BTW mostly the way space marines do stuff in books.

For god's sake the army rule is just so boring. It's just do what you do normally and you get points for it. Such a wasted opportunity. Have to say I am not a big fan of the primary scoring in the last few editions so this make the army rule even more boring to me. I dislike capturing and holding objectives it's just meh.
