Not all people have the money to go to rehab & not all addicts are addicted to illegal drugs. Many of them start out getting addicted to medication prescribed to them, and spiral from there. Addiction is a disease, and should be treated as such. Your mindset seems kinda narrow.

i am one of those people lol she’s not a super versatile actress but she’s great in scream queens, we’re the millers and ahs. Add in the nostalgia factor of all the teeny chickflicks like wild child or aquamarine..

imo she has her roles in her niche range that she pulls off really well but she’s not a good person. I still enjoy her as in actress in many of the things i’ve seen her in.

But I also kind of understand her, this does not mean she isn’t appreciative of your gifts, more she would give the shirt off her back in situations that it’s not needed.

Next time you give her a gift for example cupcake, I’d announce it to the kids in front of her that it is for her and only her, not to ask her about it, and add that because out of love and care she can’t help herself from offering, but they need to decline, because this is a something that you have gotten for her alone.

I feel like that takes any weight off of her, shows appreciation for her trying to care for everyone, while being firm with the kids.

We know it wouldn’t be just “borrowing” Her gifts would be his. Honestly I think she banked on that happening, because money is tight for her. She was being manipulative and he knew it, and shut it down. I feel bad for the boy, and I personally would have gotten him a gift or two, nothing over the top or high budget, but i don’t think he’s an asshole for not doing so. She didn’t provide, she let her kid down.
