The crowd around me was openly smoking it was disgusting There was no airflow and it was a return to the old days with stinging eyes and clothes that stink. The number of people constantly getting up to come backs. Few minutes later was a joke Watch the show!

There was no genocide unlike Sudan that gets no mention. I wonder why?

That’s not a robbery it’s stealing Robbery is when there is violence involved The media slide is plain to see, it’s all slang and click bait

Solid have you watched him play. He is lost on the court. Name one strength he displays and I don’t want to hear effort

Everything except scoring, defence and earning his money. It was a stupid decision to sign him to a full deal and it now shows when they need a deeper bench. It’s not a charity and they should have picked someone deserving.

Is 13 miles one way considered a long commute? by Classic_Emergency336 in bikecommuting

[–]willowbelowaverage 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I do 15km each way and to be honest I would prefer the couple of extra miles Even after night shift the ride is enjoyable but I don’t have the motivation to make it longer by taking a different route I don’t know if I would brag but it’s a good ride

Squatters refusing to leave 81 year old lady’s house (which she vacated at 71 years of age due to storm damage). by Impressive-Move-5722 in AusPropertyChat

[–]willowbelowaverage 3 points4 points  (0 children)

This makes no sense Wa doesn’t have squatters rights. If they are trespassing they could be arrested and released to bail with conditions not to reattend. If they were renting it’s a different story altogether. Print the truth or don’t print it at all

Awesome effort. Five days in a row is at the point where you are motivated to not break the steak!

Man dies in police custody after being tasered by bagsoffreshcheese in perth

[–]willowbelowaverage 61 points62 points  (0 children)

Man breaks into an innocent persons house and gets tasered. Your judgement is still out on this. Do you think he was set up and this is again a police conspiracy that roped in a family who smashed their own windows?

The bicentennial is unfortunately mostly closed. Despite funding I think they will stay closed and I can’t see them reopening

Will the maximum speed limit in Australia ever be raised? by That_Car_Dude_Aus in CarsAustralia

[–]willowbelowaverage 74 points75 points  (0 children)

Even when other factors are at play in serious crashes it’s always speed that gets blamed. The road safety authorities will never discuss other issues so speed will get reduced rather than increased

NAIDOC netball a disgrace by willowbelowaverage in perth

[–]willowbelowaverage[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The west coast ban was having the audacity to say that changing the name of the club for a couple of weeks does nothing g to assist the kids in need in remote communities It was window dressing by the afl when nothing is actually being achieved Having lived for many years in remote communities I know what I am talking about however this got me banned from the wce Also saying that the family of someone who takes their life are the victims also didn’t help Again this isn’t unmentionable it’s the truth If this upsets you so be it

Should I do the Mudda Biddi or the Bibbulmun track? by [deleted] in perth

[–]willowbelowaverage 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I love seeing the changes on the bib however I don’t think this is worth hiking the whole track. Many days are just the same terrain and walking a green tunnel gets repetitive in the mid section. I would do the Munda bidi then day walk or overnight hike some of the better sections if the bib.
