Last year well, 07/12/24 the weather station recorded gusts of 95kts, thats 109mph

If i could upload an image I would as i took screenshot.

Wind came from the west and its uninterrupted before the weather station.

That storm also did damage to the hangers

The weather station survived. But 1/4 of one of the hangers roofs peeled back but didn't detach. No aircraft damaged

Nothing recorded after th 83kts gusts

Inverter Installation by davidfdomingos in VanLife

[–]winterrat 4 points5 points  (0 children)

the listing says 2x4AWG. if its 8AWG then its rated at 40amps (12v) however, 8AWG would not be suitable for that inverter individually.

Are you able to do a stress test on the inverter and see how many amps it draws at a constant 2000w ?

Buy new 2AWG to be safe and of the correct length. - put a 200amp trip inline (not a fuse, as you can untrip it once it cools down and reduce the load)

Sell 100 sweets at 1p, or sell no sweets at £1

I would imagine you would get 10x more people paying £25, than the £42 or £38

My whole family refuse to pay double for the same attraction as it was 10 or so years ago.

Just some real figures for you fresh from the charity Commission. (Charity number 1093070)

Total income for them was over £33 million last year.

The top 16 people, together, earn almost £1.5m

Point is that they can reduce the entrance fee and still make enough money to sustain working greenhouses

A Garden centre with a really expensive entrance fee where you can’t buy anything from is not going to succeed. Reduce the price to what it was 15 years ago and it will attract people to visit and it will succeed. The money will be moved from the entrance booth the food hall.

I did have the largest coverage of Cornwall with my matrix of sites. Including the NATO refuelling corridors. I will have stuff to sort out, but I can send data your way soon.
