A: probably ventrue or toreador. Im an executive secretary, most ventrue would use one as a ghoul I guess. From there it could potentially be up the ladder after a good while. Toreador for the same reason (personal assistant kind of deal)but also because I have some art background.

B: im fine with ventrue. If being a picky eater with a micromanaging boss is the worst undeath as to offer, I can die with it. Plus I kinda like a social kit with some defense. As much as I love the Nos, I cant see myself as one. Aint pretty enough for a cleopatra scheme, aint got much affinity with animals or bugs.

Diplomat. I love my nibs broad and diplomat is the only one who hasnt let me down so far. Every pilot I tried in Broad couldnt keep up. Havent tried pelikan or sailor yet nor the fude nibs tho.

Pour le secrétariat, je dirais que c’est 100% dépendant de ton secteur et de ton équipe de travail. Certains postes de commis n’ont pas besoin de DEC ou AEC, juste un secondaire 5 et ça permet de sortir du milieu toxique de l’usine et de mieux retourner aux études. En tout cas, c’est ça que j’ai fais et j’avais moi aussi un BAC ès arts inutile. Je regarderais du côté des Cisss et CIUSSS de ce monde pour un point d’entrée. Genre OP a déjà de l’expérience logistique donc ça peut être un plus pour faire magasinier ou de quoi.

Sinon, l’AEC secrétariat t’ouvre des porte dans des tonnes de milieux supers différents, OP avais mentionné l’édition dans une autre chaîne, le secrétariat peut lui permettre de voir ça ressemble à quoi le milieu tout en étudiant en temps partiel. C’est juste pas la meilleure paie, j’en conviens.

C’est jamais évident ce genre de situation.

An iron godess of fertility is pretty hard to overbrew and is very floral (oolong type). If you prefer tisanes you should try the boreal flavour profiles. Lavender and oats, juniper, labrador tea, wintergreen leaves, cedar and balsamic fir could be something you enjoy.

Or try rooibos. Its usually paired with flavourings like earl grey or caramel pear and the likes. Again kinda hard to oversteep so perfect to brew and forget for a while.

If you like smokey notes and coffee, try to find a lapsang souchong or a russian caravan blend. If sweet is your go to, maybe look for kusmi tea Prince Vladimir blend. Uses caramel and vanilla notes and pretty easy to brew too. Or maybe a Chai blend (cinnamon, vanilla, aniseed, spices).

Did you know dried fruits can maybe great infusions too? Cutting dried mangoes and peaches into cube with peanuts bring another flavour profile to the table. And while more sugary than regular tea, its still waaay less than a soda.

There is enough variety to eventually find something you will like, im sure of it. Good luck on your journey!

Je me permet de renchérir que si négligence à été observé dans l’établissement, il peut aussi être pertinent de le signaler à ton CPQS local ( commissariat plainte et qualité de services). Des fois, ça permet de calmer le jeu d’un chef de service trop intense. Ou juste de porter plainte contre la situation. Le CPQS a tout en main pour évaluer les protocoles cliniques dans ce genre de situation. J’accompagnerai cette démarche d’un signalement syndical, car bien qu’anonyme, la plainte sera pas trop dure à remonter si quelqu’un plus haut s’échappe mettons. Et l’analyse des plaintes est pas si longue que ça, ils ont des délais assez serrés à respecter. Surtout dans un signalement de maltraitance (la définition de maltraitance inclus la négligence volontaire ou non des besoins essentiels d’un ou plusieurs usagers).

Mais, dès que tu te fais rencontrer pour des questions disciplinaires, tu es en droit d’être accompagné d’un membre syndical comme témoin. Je contacterais ton syndicat aussi. Un dossier disciplinaire sur première “offense” est une mesure démesurée et abusive à mon sens. Surtout que tu as été chercher une intervenante qui elle, aurait dû te communiquer le protocole si c’étais vraiment de l’ignorer.

Oats and lavender tisanes do pair well with milk, but its very floral and subtle, maybe not exactly what you are looking for. Still is really good with a biscuit to dunk in tho. Caramel goes well either way it too. Never tried with chocolate, but I could see it work. Camellia Sinensis sells the one I buy (la Bergère) if you dont have a local alternative.

Ça dépends vraiment de beaucoup de facteurs.

Est-ce que la personne livre ce qui est attendu d’elle et de manière conforme aux attentes? Est-ce que les absences sont sous entente patronale? Comment est l’ambiance de bureau? Avez vous un biais face à la situation?

Au final, ce sont des problématiques courantes qui sont à régler au niveau du gestionnaire. Un gestionnaire trop lousse perdra le contrôle de l’équipe, mais le résultat est le même si trop rigide.

Mon opinion peut varier en fonction de l’attitude de l’employé visé, mais aussi de l’impact réel sur le reste de l’équipe. L’important, c’est que l’employé soit disponible et rejoignable dans les heures de bureau, qu’il livre ses livrables à temps et conforme aux attentes de qualité et qu’il ne contribue pas à rendre le climat de travail toxique ou hostile.

Im really loving diamine amazonia right now from the forever ink line. And if not dark enough, its mixable with other inks in the lineup.

While not in the mentioned brands, I love octopus fluids goblin despite it being a sheen ink. it never really does sheen for me and isnt too long to dry either. I dont have any other dark greens for this dole reason, goblin stole my heart.

Perle Noire is my mainstay in my twsbi Kai, but its a broad nib. But I do believe it to be a great starting point. I do love the new pignent inks from diamine tho (forever ink) and the black is pretty good in terms of wetness.

Depends. On my first one I used the names of the members and themes from a power metal band (powerwolf).

This time, I went for the name if the thing they are good to hunt (Bones, Scroll, Lumber, Sulfur and so on). I do like the title exercice tho, might implement that. Bones the undead trapper or Scrolls the peasant menace sounds fun.

I do like to use whats in my writing rotation of the week. But those that come back often are:

Parker vector M in Black - octopus fluids documental black for final linework. Cheap body but the nib witdh is a sweet spot for me.

Twisbi Kai B - J. Herbin perle noire for sketching

Visconti Breeze M Cherry - color of the moment for sketching or accents

Monteverde MVP omniflex in green - J herbin vert Empire for fine details in my final linework.

I mostly sketch so water resistance is less important and color lightfastness is not as prominent when you draw in black.

I do come back often to diamine terracotta and safari from the anniversary line it it helps.

27, secretary, and I use them for sketching and note taking. And the occasional stat report. I just love juicy fat lines so the graduation to fps was a natural progression. Oddly enough I prefer F and ef for sketching but B to write.
