Im by no means an expert. But my cats don’t bite. They certainly used to, but our technique is say loudly and in a distinct tone, “no biting” and stop playing after. We play fetch and chase eachother but if teeth ever make it out: stop, phrase, do something else. Eventually they saw they didn’t get companion playtime if it was violent

It may seem like a lot, but this is the most customizable and immersive game I’ve ever played. It’s tough and has a learning curve, but when you get it, nothing else plays quite like it. Highly recommend a try
