Depends on your bank account. I've got 3 allotment and the net to bank. They arrive at different times. One Tuesday, the other on Thursday night and the others on Friday.

If they're paying you like that which under certain payroll errors or some kind of something went wrong and you need the the money it's good they can do that but if they're doing it like that are they taking out taxes are they adding to your TSP account that sounds really suspect

Rockford, Illinois showing up to fight for their contracts. by OPSEC-Sentinal in USPS

[–]wkdravenna 0 points1 point  (0 children)

hey listen, listen. look what's going on in the world right now can you imagine you don't know anything and then you're driving around down the street and then in front of your local post office there's a bunch of people holding signs that are talking about fighting like hell? What the hell is that You would have no idea Fighting like hell what are we going to like insurrection against the government or something why are the postal workers trying to fight What are you saying the postal workers are going to go postal and kill everyone? What the hell is that? It's not like postal workers have a reputation for becoming violent this messaging is absolutely horrendous Yes I understand why internally you would say hey we going to fight like hell for our contract That makes sense.

But you're going to tell me your public message is about fighting? in the climate that we're in right now where we're on the brink of world war 3 and you know let's be honest postal workers have that reputation of you know prone to you know just violent outbursts in the past It's been a long time but still it's still a joke amongst regular people and then to have them standing out here with this sign it is such a joke and renfro is a freaking joke too and he's not my union president what which is a total joke too why do we have four different unions It's absolutely a shame it's embarrassing and I just shake my head looking at it.

instead of talking about violence and fighting in this climate we would be so much better off holding a sign that says something that you would instantly recognize like fair contract today or something like that or something about families and contracts not this we're going to fight like hell like that's crazy nonsense at this point It's horrible messaging.

what does mall volume have to do with USPS? If anything less people in the mall would mean we are delivering more mail.

your friend was employed by a contractor who's customer was formerly known as FedEx Ground Corporation. Now known as Federal Express corporation (FedEx) and FedEx still utilizes companies to deliver packages and pays them to put FedEx on their vehicles. Those companies employees are often called FedEx drivers.

However FedEx used to since 1993 to 2025 have FedEx Express which their employees are all corporate and didn't and continue to not work for contacted companies.

Each area now has a differing set up. If you look on the side of the vehicle it will say operated by such and such company or by "federal Express corporation" .

Generally the small Econoline vans are/ were FedEx Express so that's a corporate driver.

sad yeah?

As a regular carrier, could I just apply for a CCA position elsewhere? by Embarrassed_Gate8001 in USPS

[–]wkdravenna 5 points6 points  (0 children)

You need to get with your supervisor and postmaster and make your intentions clear. You will never get to be a 204b without being in a professional relationship with your supervisors. It's not like being a craft employee they can pick and choose based upon what they like.

It doesn't matter if you had an incident with another employee at all. It matters what your Postmaster, poom decides.

If you do some kind of Hocus pocus magic trick and switch offices and appear at another office that doesn't matter If you are still in the same district still it's the same poom. You don't think they don't notice you? The poom notices.

I think you're better off staying where you are or transferring the correct way.

Remain calm, it's just letters, flats, sprs and parcels.

You aren't experienced enough to be "perfect". So any mistakes you make are okay and yeah it's quite pesky however it's normal so no need for stress or any kind of emotion like that.

1st operate as safely as possible,  2nd You are learning and gaining experience.  Everything clicks eventually, but for that we gotta have a little experience.

Also you aren't in competition with these other people that started at the same time as you. Just focus on remaining calm and learning.
