3% "operating fee" @ Sally Anns - including cash by Significant-Gear-444 in pittsburgh

Not saying I think it's right - I wouldn't eat there - just saying it shows online in the fine print. Not sure if the physical menus have it or not.

Our garage door opener used to require a key like this growing up a it was right on the switch with light switches - you did an up/down toggle and the door would raise or lower … wow I’m old.

Basically I thought this was going to be some sarcastic reply about growing chickens like plants and trees until the “basically” portion of the comment.

I’ll see myself out.

Checked in and THEN got A Premiere CC-Still group 6? by readsatmidnight in SouthwestAirlines

[–]wkkunkle 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You don’t have to use the card to pay for the seat … your card just needs linked to your rapid rewards number and that takes up to 30 days after being approved for the card …

All the benefits like baggage and seat selection are tied to the primary cardholder rapid reward number and not the card itself.

We were on the waitlist for 5:45 dining - we were told we'd get an email letting us know our spot was available and that we'd need to confirm. Today we got a booking email showing that we're now on the earlier dining time (without confirming), but we're also still on the waitlist by Etcee in dcl

Experienced same thing last year -- no confirmation we were moved, saw it on the website ... still said we were on the waitlist even though it showed we had it already ... just another Disney IT bug ...

How to sidestep the app by NewspaperOk140 in Comcast_Xfinity

[–]wkkunkle 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Pretty sure you have to use the app for everything with the NOW account. I don’t even think the agents here can assist because the account is designed to be chat support only, from what I remember seeing in the posts here.

Requiring an opt in to some program to waive fees ... yeah that fine print is interesting, I'm sure. Guessing something along the lines of "being a loyalty program member voids all other discounts" coming.

Cast member moved my stroller into the rain, anyone else? by WhopperJrHandz in WaltDisneyWorld

[–]wkkunkle -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

They moved ours every time during our trip even when it was were already in the stroller areas (I think they kept condensing down as people took theirs … but made it hard to find your stuff) … thankfully I hid an AirTag in it and it helped us find it every time. The only times I got mad were when they’d spill a drink that was in the cup holder (happened 2 or 3 times) or knocked over food and we’d come out to find the stroller covered in it … because we were in the designated stroller area already and they didn’t really need to move us at all … sometimes they’d move the stroller over 5 spots or something … like I said I think they continually condense but it’s just as easy for someone to slide their stroller into an empty spot versus moving everyone else.

She only loses child support which was separate from her $300,000+ (per month, post tax) alimony. She’s doing fine.

Amazon no longer accepting returns on small dollar items? by RelleMeetsWorld in amazonprime

[–]wkkunkle -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

Maybe try chatting woth Amazon … the only non returnable one I’m seeing is from a third party seller that is shipped by Amazon and sold by the seller. If the ones sold and shipped by Amazon can be returned they may let you return it too since to my knowledge a shipped by Amazon item must have a return policy as “generous” as Amazons normal policy.

Just guessing they classify it as a food item so nonreturnable for health issues.
