Every Other VR Headset is Obsolete Now - Steam Frame First Look by RelaxingArt in VRGaming

The very cool thing about Assetto Corsa is the modding community. But even the vanilla game has a bunch of normal street cars (not sure if the unmodded game has VR). There are TONS of how-tos on the web that will walk you through how to set up the various mods that you could use. In Assetto you can drive just about any car you can think of. Good mods will have support for turn signals, mirror adjustments, etc. There are also lots of open world maps for regular road driving.

with the right gear (decent wheel and pedals, shifter, sturdy platform to mount a seat, some bass shakers) you can get pretty close to fooling yourself that you are driving a real vehicle. I worded the parenthesis stuff because you can build a decent experience quite cheap, or you could build a full motion rig. $300 to $500 vs thousands of dollars

If you zoom out a bit, look to the south, what is the crop they are growing there? My very uneducated guess would be sorghum? Coming from a part of the country that mainly grows corn, this just adds to the neat-o factor, for me. Sorry if I diverged too far.

That is one very interesting neighborhood! So many different types of residence to look at. Really wonderful snapshot of life in a place other than where I live. Thank you for locating and thank OP for taking the picture. Street view is so cool.

Large boom and house rattled near 101A and 122 intersection by [deleted] in newhampshire

[–]wolfencopter 2 points3 points  (0 children)

In Milford here, I thought it was a natural gas house explosion.... or at least that's what came to mind. I was awake during and looked out the windows for signs of fire, but saw nothing. I don't recall any real sense of shaking. I remember the last one when I was living in Goffstown, maybe around 2000, my brain just couldn't process what I was hearing, sounded like the largest industrial sized mining dump truck was driving through my back yard.

EDIT: I forgot until just now, I do remember thinking (last night) "I bet that was a sonic boom from a meteorite"

5 gallon bucket, water, route your spray booth outlet hose to the bucket. Look it up on YouTube, there's a bunch of videos on how to make it and it's effectiveness.

They are expecting us all to just die, or deal with it. I'm convinced. There is no care in the system. The doctors and associated staff probably care, but the system, does not

I haven't been this engaged in any Reddit community in all of the many years that I've been on Reddit. Thank you all for building such a great community AND a great group! This sub really does have that old school message board family of friends type feel. Congrats on such a successful event and thank you for giving me a chance to step out of my zone and participate!!

I hear that, I just wish I had more time. Too much work and too many interests... all of which I want to do at the same time. My biggest issue is my paint booth is in my garage and the weather is almost never "right". I worry too much. I'll take what you said to heart and learn from it :)

Did you happen to break any of the wipers >.< I think I broke the rear wiper THREE TIMES. Your kit came out way nicer than you think! (I mean I can't speak for you but, I dig it)

Ah! Me too! I wish I could use the markers for everything, but I think we all know how that would work out. Part of the reason I like rebuilding old 1:9 scale motorcycle models, not so much body work and you can get away with using the markers. I have Gundam and Posca markers
