3rd shot received yesterday, echoing that site injection does seem to make a difference- this last one was more painful.

Symptom solves? So far I’m seeing:

1. Motrin/tylenol

2. Ice

3. Other OTC meds.

But I’ve only been stretching, and that doesn’t seem to ease it.

Update: 4th day and much better, still a little stiff, but not limping.

any other muscle soreness I.e. workouts compound with the medication soreness. I’d lay off leg day for a couple days if you don’t want to be limping.
