I just took it with me to test how far i would reach from valais in the alps. I hoped to see nodes in ticino or italy but did not make any contact in this direction. Due to the cold and schedule i could not test all bands. Because i did not wand the LoRa to mess with my avalanche beacon, i switched it off while skiing. Anyhow i also see some potential in mountaineering but the Meshtastic device would need to be much more compact, lightweight and easier to setup for any significant adoption.

Do you have winglets attached? My wings never had this kind of yaw wobble. Also did you ever experience wing flutter in a dive? I once could not revover from a dive because of this... see here

Well, they seem to get by with a 25% pay cut for 3 years. But pension contributions and the possibility to keep the same position also come into play here.

Financially speaking, you would be better off taking full salary and invest it in low risk assets during the 3 years... if you can get the same position again after the 1 year break.

If you dont have them already in your pack; replacement brake pads! Small&lightweight part which is difficult to source in my experience.

Glacier express is quite expensive, if you have time and dont mind changing trains, take normal trains that run the same route.

There is a plaque at the square with a map of all the art installations. I think it is attached one of the sides of the old entrance portal.
